Excellent video as usual Jay! I was a little freaked on the 70 degree temp for the pork, until I realized you use celcius not fahrenheit lol. It was nice to see you on camera walking and talking with your pals. I can't wait to try the sauce you made. You will have to get us a video for it soon. Maybe a whole saucy themed video?? I buy way too many bottled sauces and seasoning blends. Just an idea, Susie
