rofl this is stupid i can get to the 2nd island anytime.. just punch in the flying car cheat then spawn a rhino tank . turn the barrel/cannon of the tank to make it face back wards and fire away repediatly once you are in the air you can stay in the air for as long as you want, as long as you keep firing misiles out of the tank. then just fly over to anywhere you want.

Yeah the only thing is, some people want 100% and cheats would just screw everything up. Getting back to the first islands really easy just go to the VCN building and jack the VCN Maverick (helicopter) and fly back.

True, but if you do some Insane Stunts on the main island, you can get enough money to buy the Skumhole Shack safehouse across from the biker bar. It's cheap and you can use it as a savepoint, to collect all the hidden items on the locked island.

Because this way, you can collect almost all the packages and do almost all the side missions first and just save it to a memory card.

That way, whenever you want to just rip through the game really fast, it's super easy to complete the entire storyline---because you now have all the weapons, health, armor, and endurance.

You can do something similar in GTA: San Andreas.

I used Windows Movie Maker. It's free---and for simple videos like this, it works just as good. I have also used Nero's media editor before, but the only time I have noticed a significant difference is when I edit TV or movies.

With access to the other island, you can do all the unique jumps right away. That will give you money to buy a couple of save points on the other side, and then you can get all but 3 hidden packages---which gives you all the weapons up to the rocket launcher---before you even do any missions.

On the other side you can collect all of the hidden packages without doing the missions and the VCPD helicopter is over there too. And if you get 80 packs another helicopter spawns behind Diaz's mansion. So you can fly around, not just drive.

No boats are available at the beginning of the game. Boat access only appears after unlocking the other island.

I know two other ways. There's a glitch on the other bridge that lets you drive thru the barrier on a bike. And you can jump into the locked Star Island by driving a van to the left of the bridge and then climbing on top, and jumping off and onto Diaz's lawn.
