  • what if im wanting a redtailed black shark

  • " the fish will grow quickly and will need to be upgraded if the tank is too small." buddy next time wait an hour after you smoke that joint, than make a video.

  • Hi just wondering if I could feed my crab(very big) feeder goldfish? He is in a saltwater 10 gallon tank which is apparently to small for but I will get him an upgrade. He has been eating frozen shrimp which I thaw out in a cup of water but I would really like to get him some live food.Is this a good idea and if so are feeder goldfish the best option and also how long can the goldfish last in saltwater(it may take a while for "Bubba" the crab to catch them).Thank you very much and please reply so

  • lets stand by the gold fish and talk about sharks!

  • its completly of the point to this video but do you have any fish recomendation for a fish that can eat goldfish (not neccesery but cool) cheap under £50 or whatever and freshwater for a 60cm long tank 30cm width and 30cm deep?

  • RANDY LOLO

  • Interesting how he's an expert at shark keeping, but wasn't able to show a living one, in one of his own tanks, during the video.

  • Is he mentally Retarded?

  • 180gals or more darn ive only got 175gals aww well thats me not getting a great white now lol

  • I wonder if you could have a shark for a pet in a pond in your backyard vote thumbs up for yes vote thumbs up for no

  • @TheAllyLyn -_- No, you couldn't.

They need SALTWATER. A pond would also get too grummy. You're just a new kind of stupid, aren't you?

  • he lost a lot of weight since making 'The Hangover'

  • k ur mega c ball

  • be quiet guys he did a good job.... maybe he's a beginner.... great job

  • He looks like the fats jesus in The Hangover

  • Where is the shark ?

  • im putting a 400 gallon pond in my house for sharks and rays with a 120 gal wet/dry refugeum

  • @warofages789 salt water?? COOLLLLL

  • T-T-T-TODAY JUNIOR!

  • I LOVE SHARKS but putting the sharks in that small of a tank is torture u should put up info that sharks DONT suffer because of

  • Expert? You dare put expert up there? You are a retard.....providing inaccurate information.....blind leading the blind.

  • Thanks for providing more inaccurate information to further confuse the public. It is stores and people like you that get people into putting sharks into tanks that are way too small.

The info provided in this video are the reason sharks suffer in captivity. You want some facts? Search for bamboo shark in 240 and tell me if sharks can go into a 180 as you state in this video. I also posted a video of a marble cat shark in a 180 shark ia only 6 months old and already almost too big for tank.

  • I like sharks

  • Would you have to be a millionaire or a billionaire in order to have a pet whale shark (about 40 feet long)?

  • hey check out my pet sharks on my channel 007jkirk there so cool :D

  • This may be, in fact, the ONLY expert village video that isn't a pile of crap.

  • hey check out my sharks on my channel 007jkirk! there 9 inches!!

  • Another great expert village video. How to care for pet sharks without actually showing any pet sharks or their care. Nice

  • a lot of people buy pets on a whim, and he's smart. For you morons not getting the idea "Dont buy a shark if you're poor, or stupid."

  • @Athlete1990 The worst part is, many people are purchasing Leopard Sharks (Triakis sp.) under the impression that Leopard Sharks are legal as long as you buy them from canada, or another country outside the USA. The reality is, it is a federal offense to own a live leopard shark ANYWHERE in the united states without a scientific permit! We have a big problem with douchebags catching large pregnant females, cutting them open, removing the live pups, and discarding the mother sharks...

  • @mmmmmarcus i have to agree... fact of life: poachers are scum. and if you know you cant care for it dont try it. i am by no means an expert, i have been doing salt tanks since the 7th grade (im in 11th now) and really want to try sharks, im stuck with a 55g and cant upgrade till after im out, but i have heard too many stories about inexperienced fresh water keepers trying sharks "right off the bat" and it doesnt end well, so theres the reason for my preachy response

  • @galwaypeters2 All elasmobranchs are a pure nightmare to maintain. The PH goes wrong, the sharks/rays die very fest. There is one redeeming quality, though. Sharks and rays can be clean eaters if fed properly. The biggest danger IMO, is when the sharks suffer a cut or scrape. Shark blood breaks down into urea, and can be extremely toxic to sharks!

  • this is the only expert villalge guy who knows the fuck hes saying

  • load video

press play then press 2 over and over

    "UTTER CLOWNS"

  • I have a Great White swimming around in my 5 gallon.

  • 1:17

  • pls dont buy a shark

  • listen to this and keep on playing it until he says belly 1:17

  • listen to this and keep on playing it until he says belly 1:17

  • feeding goldfish to shark,s is lousy advice, feeding them to any predatory fish is lousy advice, goldfish carry almost no nutritional value and cause disease. when would a shark ever come across a goldfish in the ocean...

  • Why would you ever wanna feed dead frozen to an animal that wants to kill? I see no fun in buying shark food at Jewel.

  • he looks like ryan dunn

  • Fuck him Im saving up for a shark for my first big fish

  • Can i give them some Anchovies Pizza?..haha

  • sharks love chopped fresh seafroo

  • How in hell can you grow smaller??

  • I find it ironic that he's explaining sharks yet the tanks beside him have Mollies or something in it lol :P

  • @RealRapMusic101 why is that ironic ?

  • is he a crap...

  • Buy 10 gallon tank

    Then buy 4 sharks.

    Success

  • I WANT A PIRANHA

  • funny thing is when you got to there store the used to have a shark (i live in Austin and go there every now and than) and the pore thing was in the opposite of condition never looked really happy and healthy

  • NO goldfish in the ocean! "DON'T BUY A SHARK AT ALL!"

  • REDNECK

  • Teehee I used to own a shark he was only 4f and he stayed in my pool and he had a very good temper I could swim with him but sadly I had to give him live salmon it was sad to watch him eat them but then he died

  • 00:25 - 00:35 a 3'-4' long fish of any kind would need ALOT more space than a 180g tank dumass, try 900g+

  • @wutisnt im pretty sure 500 gal works

  • def not a good pet to cuddle with

  • this guy keeps stopping when he's speaking, is he reading off a card or something?

  • this is what expert village's slide cards do to you. they make you look dumb

  • why do all the poeple on expert village look like werewolfs

  • yes, this guy is a dickhead who talks trash, bit like alot of the others in the 'expert' village videos. and its 'fish', not 'fishes' ffs.

  • @gtirona it's both dumass

  • @gtirona it is both.

  • @gtirona Actually, when speaking about many different species / groups of fish, 'fishes' is very correct. You can have 'a' fish, you can have 'many' fish, but if you are speaking plural of kinds of fish, then 'fishes' is correct.

  • "Leave it to the experts"

    Oh, ok then EXPERTvillage.

  • nice work

  • balla sharks are 3 to 4inches.

so Tit what ever lord is right.

  • U suck

  • this guy is weird .. he was mentioning about saltwater sharks but feeding them goldfish ??

isn't that a freshwater species .. how can this be ??

  • a bala shark doesnt need a 180 gal tank

  • @TitWarlord he's talking about salt water sharks, and balas aren't real sharks, they're very cool though

  • Clown fish, damsel fish and other large saltwater fish ROFL they get 7-14 inches, not very big compared to a 4 ft shark LOL.

I wonder why he mentions saltwater in all his shark videos, there are infact fresh water sharks too and they don't grow as large as salt water sharks and they are fairly easy to keep and will eat what you serve them. I had 2 in care, they where eating like a pound of food costing a arm and a leg.

  • is he looking at some enlarged script placed in front of him..??

  • @tyler84 Haha lol, he might have a problem with his speech though.

  • 0:00 skip the ad haha

  • LOL 1:05 "Chopped fresh sea frood"

  • I clicked this and waited for captive sharks. Disappointing.

  • that guy has fucked 3 sharks to date.

  • a 180 gallon tank for a 3 foot fish ? thats a regualar 6 foot tank ...what a fucking idiot this guy is ...i wouldnt keep a shark in less than a 500 gallon IF THAT

  • @BIGGESTxxEMINEMxxFAN

he ment to start off with cuz ur shark would be juvenille, he said ur tank need to be upgraded when ur shark grows cuz ur tank would be too small.

  • Sea fruit? Since when does fruit grow in the ocean? and Since when does a shark even eat fucking fruit!?????

  • this guy is a tard

  • this dude looks like shawn creihan XD

  • haha ..@ 0:25 - 0:32 xD

  • hey ive a bala shark and red tail shark ther very easi

  • @scottylad79 hes talking about salt water sharks. you know the REAL ones.

  • @awinski999 oh is redtails not real ones but why call them sharks then if ther not now im confused

  • @scottylad79 because they resemble sharks. most are just catfish(columbian shark) or like balas. they are called sharks because of the fins and body sructure, look at the scientific names of them and that is the first clue.

  • @awinski999 whats a columbian shark?

  • @scottylad79 google it.

  • lmfao, reminds me of the clear eyes commercial guy.

  • i thought that i'm gonna see a shark

but instead i saw a shark looking guy

  • LMAO because this guy is like "you should have kept damsel fish" before you get a shark. Well damsels are the easiest saltwater fish to take care of. And no $hit saltwater sharks are harder to take care of then tropical fish. Maybe 200x harder... geez

  • he is reading off a telopropter

  • can i use Reef Aquarium Artificial Corals for a bamboo shark it the bandit shark

  • lol that guy looks a little fat jk

  • If i have to look at the "Smell you own Breath" promo video on the right one more time I'm gonna flip.

  • Got a tiger shark

  • yo anyone what sharks can i own (big sharks not shark fish like balas) in a tank at home not a huge aquarium.

  • Ever since I was little I always wanted to take home a Dogfish (Sand Shark)

  • this guy looks kind of angry. he looks like he wants to just say "DONT FCKING BUY A SHARK IF YOU'RE A NOOB"

  • @LayZtheSOXROXER ROFLMFAO xDDD

  • @LayZtheSOXROXER He'll fucking end your shit if you buy a saltwater shark without having first owned a clown fish.

  • wow horrable at speaking sound like hes reading off a card behind the camera

  • bamboo sharks are the easiest saltwater fishes to have...they don't get any annoying parasites like ich...can be easily hand feed live ghost shrimp...plus they are sooooooo cute!!!

  • @rosenekokitty easiest fish? u mean shark

  • because they vaguely resemble sharks, but they are in no way related to sw sharks.

  • how many liters do i need for a bala shark and four guppies

  • lmao ur getting a shark and 4 guppies? the guppies will last about 2 seconds. and i would get a 100 gallon lol

  • @65nedilem yu guppies wud be dead mate!

  • actually there getting on fine with eachother

  • freshwater sharks aren't really sharks

  • @lgarvey Bullsharks are

  • @lgarvey you mean a american person who lives in other continent is not a american?

  • @lgarvey redundancy isn't really redundant too.

  • @lgarvey they are like catfish basically and have scales so ya... Freshwater is for noobs.

except freshwater stingrays those are kinda cool

  • @lgarvey bullsharks can be freshwater ;)

  • @rc18trocks Yeh, I did some research after this vid. Let me revise my statement: "aquarium freshwater sharks are not really sharks" unless some people are housing bullsharks etc. in their 200L tanks.

  • @lgarvey Thats better! ;)

  • there are no sharks that i can buy locally wat website should i buy a shark from.

  • awe i cant hear anything

  • i have 20 gallon whisper internal filters will those maintain a saltwater tank or do i need special filters? HELP!!!!!!!!!!

  • it depends, is it fish only? or do you have coral. for a for a reef tank, i would recomend som kind of protien skimmer.

for a small fsh only tank, a power fiter should do just fine.

if you want REALLY good filtration, i would go with an wet / dry filter.

  • it is fish only how much are skimmers

  • well, if you have a sump, an in-sump skimmer would probably be in between $150-$350. you can also get hang on tank skimmers. there is a nice hang on tank skimmer at drsfostersmith . com

its made by eshopps and is $129.99

  • oh i thought he was talkking about a real shark

  • they are real sharks. It is when it is fresh water they are not real

  • i have a shark but unfortunatley he cant eat seafrood

  • vegitarian

  • where did u get ur shark

  • i got mine at nunya

  • ahahhahahaha he sounds like a PRO HHHHHAHAHAHAH

  • RETARD xD

  • He is a fuckin dumbass, He said live gold fish, Live feeder gold fish have so many diseases they will kill your shark which unless it is a Leaopard or a cat shark will break the bank to be killin it off some dumbass gold fish, Feed em silversides, If the shark is hungry he will eat them, NEVER USE GOLDFISH

  • he also said you can feed them "fresh seafood from the grocery store that you would normaly eat" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!!? these guys should be banned, they give ALL the wrong information.

  • what about canned tuna?

  • LMFAO he said fishes!!!!

  • Not only that sharks do not use the same water parameters, Most saltwater aquariums have coral which you use metalics in and there can be no metal trace elements in the water

  • IAM WITH paintyoursky THA SHYTE WAS FUNNIE ASS HELL.. HE DID SAY SEAFROOD!!! OMG WUTT A RETARDED FUCK!!!!!

  • It's seafood not seafrood lmao

  • he said fishes...lmao...what a fucking idiot...

  • fishes is corect when talking about multiple species.

however when you use the words "at least", you dont need to finish with "or

    more"

i could go on and on about gramatical mistakes and errors in syntax (and probably spelling if i saw his script), but i will let him be for today.

still want a reply to my question, where did it go, incidentaly?

  • whats so funny about fishes...

  • i fucking hate this guy this is like the 3rd video that i seen with him and he said leave it to the experts i hate that shit if we wanted to leave it to the experts then we wouldnt be looking up how to do this stuff

  • @snakeurass Maybe so, but I don't think a shark should be your introduction to fish keeping. My take on professional, is one that doesn't kill his/her fish and see them reach full size. If you able to do that, them you've got the regiment down, and you can try something more demanding of you time. My thought.

  • @snakeurass he's just saying that for the shark's benefit he said that you should leave shark keeping to experienced salt water hobbyists but he knows that some inexperienced people will get one anyway so he is at least trying to give this needed information to everyone who wants to own a shark.

  • i saw an adult great shark for sale at the pet shop where i got my golden red arowana

  • wheres the damn shark

  • lol to that

  • i was under the impression that feeding marine fish freshwater fish could cause a build up of fatty acids and cause them to die? so why would you feed feeder gold fish?

the initial amount may not kill them, but it can't be helpful.

  • Expert, i would like a reply.

  • why wont you answer my question, did my high school biology question stump the expert?

(i know i am being mean, but he needs to realise what he is doing is wrong)

say, expert, why dont you pm me, and whenever you are ging to make a new video, i can give you facts, and maybe even write your script, what do ya say?

  • hello

  • He wont respond because he didnt put the video up, Expert Village seems to miss the mark most of the times!

They had a huge fat lady telling us how to do ballet, hehe - and her technique was horrible!

  • ok, i think i will pay a visit to his website. hehe

  • 0:11 lol, he said fishes

  • thats proper english...

  • You're an idiot.

  • fish plural is for the same species of fish, fishes is for different species

  • all sharks need at least 300 galons

  • wow this guy is keep pausing while he talks starting to piss me off

  • @cubbie4life12 he is just nerviouse

  • IDIOT!!!! never feed a very expensive shark disease-ridden goldfish. if you do this your shark will die.
