FOR instance.. is i have MIROSLAV PHILHARMONIK.. to use it in V-machine.. do I have to have the WHOLE host plug-in installed.. or will it just do induvidual patches?

right. this is a stand alone vst-player. check out the sm pro audio homepage for futher information.

it works good, BUT: please check if you favorite VST is running without problems on the V-Machine. There are some forum-discussions on KVR about this topic.

cool but i hope we can use some usb key protected VSTI like the East West bank, this could be very usefull, i think a rack version of this with 300 Go hd could be done.

what are this machine's limits?

The limits depends of cause on the cpu, the flash rom, and the 512 ram. the cpu power is ok, but layering more then one VSTi could be a problem...

I suggest to visit the KVR-Forum where you can find good information and some of the developer and sale-guys form vfx and sm pro audio...

I don't understand how you are using that without your controller plugged in?

I used the CME-controller UF60 with integrated WIDI (=Wireless MIDI). The blue usb-stick I pluged in was the receiver of the wireless MIDI-data.
