The only problem with this is when the companies these guys invest in gets in trouble for not following the rules and proper work place regulations the stock will go down,making there Hedge fund (thats what i'm assuming they are) profit go down making all the investors angry, I would invest in companies that are strong well known and has a good and improving sock portfolio, and as an outcome of this the fund makes more money and the manager is happy and you get a nice bonus. what makes you happy

The fed is the "federal" reserve which has federal reserve banks, which makes notes that becomes part of the backings banks hold in part of the "money market" along with banker's notes and short term papers. It is a independent branch of the government so the economy isn't effected by the election cycle, much like the judiciary branch, and has nothing to do with private banks.
