You have a good body. You need much better overhead lighting. Try placing full length mirrors off to the sides and in front of you so you can see yourself when posing; and keep the mirrors out of the line of site of the camera.

It's a comb of training relentlessly and eating very clean (raw/unprocessed/uncooked) with 2 grams of protein per lb of bw AT LEAST during major lbm transition periods. That isn't sustainable though; I do cleanse and change things up too! thanks :)

@ jpadoyle; yep :) I have since then, though, been working with a posing coach and actually learning rather then guessing. Competed twice and seemed to have done well. I have one more recent vid oup of practice and will hopefully post more soon of better poses that won't be as much of an eyesore! Thanks for checking this one out.
its more down to confidance, i help my mates with there routine and it comes down to making it look natural ant all movements flow into each othert, not just going from one pose to another, music is vital too

@olituberculos; I am on a raw vegan diet. I would say you can get to where you want to be much quicker on a diet swayed more towards protein. Everyone has their own opinion; this works for me. It's an interesting concept but not one i'd employ. Nothing against it whatsoever except perhaps i'd say less fruit and more sprouted grains which I suspect most do not. Do your thing! Try more protein, see if it makes a difference. Track it...
