Well maybe the Ukraine has a bit of a lag medically, but that has not to be a bad thing under all circumstances, because the leading edge medicine can have its terrors as well. With personal knowledge of Hep C in the UK I couldn't imagine how a mother and son would cope with HIV in the Ukraine.. Why.? Springs to mind.. Why.?
