I have a Weird 'n Wild creature file and I have a Manticore card which shows it as a lion body with 3 rows of teeth and a big scorpion tail that looks like it's metal and shoots spines.

No, you just get an extra of that soul. Getting extra's does nothing special in this game. However, there is one soul that gets stronger with every 16 souls.

dude i found that when your fighting the manticore, its easy to stay on a corner on top of the stair near the exits on top and attack it if you have zombie soldier souls throw them and be patient
