I love my country and I also know is full of shit, dirty cops, bandits, corrupt politicians or extremly leftist. But also has good ppl, we still belive in justice and peace.
Mexico still has corruption but not as bad as it used to be. My uncle was down there about 25 years ago hauling back some gifts for his daughters. Well he got pulled over the cop walked around the truck then walked up to the window checking to see if he spoke spanish which you always deny speaking. He asked for his license looked at it then the cop gave it back and said "Ima need 40 dullers" my uncle says "For What!?" the cop stands there a second or two then says "For me". He paid him and left
LOL..ur joking right? That wasn't the chief of police, the chief is surrounded by at least 6 bodyguards all the time, the chief before the current one was gunned down.
Actually, those guys turned out to be some of the coolest people I've ever met. I think you just have to get use to the way things operate south of the border.
It all started when they pulled us over and tried to fine us over $500 USD for minor vehicle "infractions." We didn't have the cash, so they said they would have to take us to the police station. It was then that we talked them into the flight in exchange for the fines...it worked.
bloody good strong engine in that machine and some big brassy balls , how much shit would you have been in if you crashed and burned with a copper on board , keep up the good work
No... but Yeti was the pilot. I hate no wind take-offs. I am Eric's little brother Coop. I have spent some time in Mexico and know what would of happened if something went wrong. Yikes!!!
Hoping to get over to Hawaii before the whales head back to Alaska. The Hamakua coast is incredible flying, ain't it? I flew a couple of time today in NorCal and it was fantastic. There really is nothing like PPG. Fly safe
Ok, now that's just cool. Man, I want your life! Do you ever allow others to come on these adventures? You have some of the best videos on youtube...keep 'em coming.
