Rare totally changed the storyline with this... Banjo and Kazooie working WITH Grunty!? Some videogame TV looking thing comes from no where and sets things straight? Minigames! Banjo Kazooie was an action packed adventure game. Not some creativity quests and minigames crap. They took all the bosses and levels and turned it into a museum? It's just confusing and a mess.

Banjo does not work with Grunty, the TV guy doesn't do that much, minigames are rare, while missions are usually a sort of minigame mixed with driving. And yes, there is a museum level, and I thought it was a great blast from the past. BK was originally an adventure game, and it still is. If you prefer, look at Nuts and Bolts as a side game, and any fame it gets from NaB can better support a "true" Banjo 3.

You can get a vehicle part that shoots eggs. And another one that shoots grenade eggs.

Nontheless, if you liked Banjo for it's humor, music, and creativity then sure get the game.

If you liked it solely for the platforming and anything other than platforming in your mind sucks atomic pig testicles, then don't bother with the game.

But, you seem like a nice open minded person (oh so I hope), I say try it out. I played the first games ever since they came out, and I like the new one.

yes and no. first of all, it is the same story line; grunty is back and you need to beat her, which is the story line for each game. second, when the second banjo came out, it was had the name TOOie. as this is the third game, it shud have THREEie. however, as this is not like a platform game and not like the classic banjo, it isn't really like a banjo kazzoiie game.

I'm quite disappointed that Rare took out most of the classic platforming action and added in a vehicle system that takes over the majority of the game. I would of much preferred a sequel to Banjo Tooie, with the same game play, than this. Still, it's not bad.

If you plan to play Banjo-Kazooie games again, I strongly suggest you do it on your computer with Project 64, using the good old characters rather than the new fucked-up characters. Banjo is square, Kazooie looks like something out of Sesame Street, etc.
