God, these people make me lawl. Sorry, but James' voice only improved with time. He didn't sound bad on the first three albums, but you can't tell me he doesn't sound better on And Justice For All or Load than he did with the screeching etc. of Kill 'Em All. He still sounds good today either way, so why complain? People's voice naturally change with age, especially when you're screaming yr ballz off 300 days a year for several years in a row. It's amazing he can still sing at all, really.
