  • Your technique is good except the bar is too far away from you on the pull. Yours looks more like a front lateral raise on the way up!!! Thrust hips to straighten body, Upright row, bar just in front your face, then drop under it. Stability is key.

  • snatch is terrible. don't jump forward. snatch comes straight up. Practice "second pull" more....look it up.  X

  • Hey Lazarus, I would like to critique your hang snatch form, but you might want to try them with just a little more weight first (it is hard to gauge where you are good/bad unless you have to actually use your hips to overcome the resistance of the weight) Nice job on the PR's! You look like you could do quite a bit more than that, you hardly have to bend to catch the weights!
