@johnnyblazze911 the very first stargate movie called Stargate was the very first beginning towards the series i think this was the very first two episodes of the series they just made it into a movie i believe

@johnnyblazze911 if your talking about Stargate Universe, then yes, SG1 was the first tv series ever to try and take a whole new cast of actors and play has the characters from the original stargate movie and try and continue from there, seeing how borring Universe was for me it really makes me wish I would have paid more attention to SG1 in the first place!
