As happy and proud as I've been to have made my home in Rutherford County, NC for the last 30 years, I don't think there's ever been a time that I've felt prouder to be a citizen here than RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW, after watching this video. THIS is what Rutherford County is all about and why I'm proud to call it HOME!

What a great concept! In these days of over-processed, pre-packaged foods, it's wonderful to know that people like Kirk Wilson are working to provide a healthy food source while generating income and employment for local farmers. Traditional family farms were historically the backbone of this country. It's gratifying to know they're making a comeback in North Carolina.
