I'm not concerned about quality, it's clearly there in this vehicle. 4 wheel ABS,FIVE STAR CRASHWORTHY, with features found almost nowhere else (for the price, anyway)-features (standard) like stabiltrack, XM radio & OnStar. Great MPG. Honda/Camry beater here, for $ thousands less.
the European market isn't always about luxury, its about quality... we xdon't want to pay vast amount of money for a new car, and for the car trims to start falling apart, atm we are getting dogde in the u.k,which is a terrible car maker. but ford is completely different in uk, cause most of ford cars are built in Germany. and the saturn isn't always about quality, its about space, MPG, safety bla bla
ford is actually a good company, more reliable than some honda and toyota cars, but because it's American and mostly makes big cars, it's a turn off to people.

to be honest i think it looks like the vauxhall/opel vectra from u.k and europe
and also they have importanted a eropean car to America called the saturn astra as we brits no as the vauxhall astra

i know this is a year late but i think American cars have made a vast improvement, especially ford and some GM models.
Europe is all about luxury, which isn't what the average consumer is looking for.
