Thanks for the video. I'll definitely give this a try because I really don't want to spend $72.00 per printhead if I don't need to...and it appears that my machine needs both. Thanks again!

Now I hae hope to be able to save my expensive printer.
Besides there must be a tube taking ink from the refill tanks to the head. Do the connecting tube/line also need to be cleaned? How?

Thanks man you saved me £25 this was a life saver. I only used hot water to get the clog out of mine and it worked.
