so, how do you get it from caking later?

every time I use eyeshadow [and it NEVER fails, no matter what brand] it like, cakes up and then dissapears leaving my eyelids looking shiny after like, an hour or two.

how to fix?? I heard primer will fix it, but any other ideas?

you can use paint pots or bases. such as paintpots or paints from mac. or revlon creme eyeshadow quads. just dont use alot so it wont crease.

Hi Ren Ren I purchased the eye pencil in FELINE and its super dark which I love but I noticed it gives me "racoon eyes"(fallout) even if I just put it on my upper lid it always ends up a mess under the lower lash line. I hate this! How do I keep it from doing this?
