This melody is note for note taken from Vinnie Moores song Last Chance, even the harmony used is the same. I still love Arch enemy but that is very cheeky...voting down people who point it out does not make it any less true.

Yeah, even if that's an opinion, that's a completely wack opinion. Gus G is a power metal guitarist that came AFTER Michael did. Michael has been doing the same stuff since Carcass. He's grown a melodic player, so people tend to think he's changed. He's a more in depth player than his brother, and that's mainly because his brother is more about technicality and doing it by the book.

Plus Michael writes better music and not only great leads wich makes him an all around better guitarist . Im not even really a fan of firewind just a huge fan of gus g. Chris Amott is the more technical palyer. IMO hes also the more melodic. And this is not just from listening to Arch Enemy, this is counting his 3 Armageddon CDs on whcih he was the songwriter.However Michael is also amazing.
