USC had nothing to do with Reggie's NCAA violations. In fact, they were completely oblivious to it.

@mnomoto1989 Pete Carroll had open practices where everyone from Snoop Dogg to the marketing agents had access to the players.  USC had one 1 NCAA compliance officer for 1000 student athletes. If Carroll didn't know it was because no one was trying to know. One of the coaches new about Reggie Bush's family living in the condo. If you need proof, read the NCAA ruling. It is all in there.

@toolbox1800 I've done plenty of research; everything I found indicates Reggie Bush, not Pete Carroll nor the school, is the culprit. What happened with Reggie was between him, his family, and his agent.

The only thing Pete Carroll is guilty of is failing to babysit his players.

Also, seeing as how USC is located in the heart of media, the players are more susceptible to getting caught. Plenty of players of other schools are guilty of it. The difference is, they're not in LA.
