Still, it doesn't really make sense in some places. The sound of her going "HAH" is obviously the exact same as the first game, and the fact that -not trying to be racist- all the people look indian, afghan, whatever, doesn't make any sense if this is indeed Hillys. Hmm...

I was doubting what I was seeing the first time this video got leaked... but the Mammago colors on the copter, the brief glance at the Jade model in [Pey’j’s] official teaser, word from the big guys on the leak’s authenticity... geez, now I’m pumped. Sorry for the multi post everyone. Guys I don't think you should worry. Like I said before all the MAJOR tech in the game was brought by the D.O.M.S. If anything Hillis was a planet on the verge of technical advancement. Right at that spot where they had hover cars and the like but they still didn't have it mass produced. No civilization advances in the same way at the same time. They could have Hovercars and not have Guitars... or maybe even a variation unlike what us earthlings would expect.

@darthvadr2341 I think it is a Prequel. In the first game they say the D.O.M.S. showed up to protect the people from the aliens. The only ones with really advanced tech where the D.O.M.S. since the alien tech was more organic in nature. Also the Heli she has in this could easily be what she had before since her hovercraft from the first game has the same propeller system. Jade was always making an improvised living. This story might take place more in the city where you won't need the craft.

@pwnthrower Look at the other trailer. Pj'd and Jade are sitting on a hover cover and Pj'ds trusty laser wrench is right on the ground beside him. I think this is a prequel. Think about it in real life terms. If a hover car where to come out today, 10-15 years from now the oldest models would be trash and middle class people would be fixing them up with spare parts to use for themselves. Very few people would have the money for them and would still use normal cars. Same goes for weapons.
