  • You are super gorgeous!!!:)

  • This was posted on my bdaay! :D thats why i love it hehe

  • Ummm yes there is a thing of 2 much leave in conditioner.. i hope you realize not to be rude but you just sprayed a lot of un -needed product in your hair but this helped some bit thanx(:

  • @tiara2905 Some people need more product than others because their hair dries bigger or gets extremely dry. What is a lot for you is different for others.

  • @elizzie954 my hair is halfrican (yes half, im mixed) and its a billion times thicker and poofier and I don't use nearly as much O_O maybe you should try experimenting more on how much product you use. might save some sponduli

  • @ikarai1 It depends on how you like your hair to dry. I wanted it to be more controlled that day so I used more.

  • how it does look after it's dry, in real not just by describing it :)

  • @overprotected009 The video response titled "Result of Mousse" is right above the comment box.

  • At the end you showed someother products right ..what are they ??

  • What all products you use here ??

  • @prithikaa I used Aussie hair insurance spray in leave in conditioner and V05 extreme curl mousse.

  • I HAVE THAT BRUSH!

  • what does the leave in conditioner do? do u recommended buying it? :) awsome video!

  • @TellyTellyTaTa it softens your hair. If your hair is really coarse or dry it will help make it softer. I've been using Kantu Shea Butter leave in conditioner lately, but my hair is really thick. Also if you use this leave in conditioner you can use it alone or with mousse but not with gel.

  • @TootsieroII it depends on how much you use and what look you're going for. If you want conserve mousse and have softer looking hair i suggest using a leave in conditioner then some mousse but not as much as you normally would. Also make sure your hair is completely detangled and not frizzy when applying the mousse so you don't end up using way more than necessary.

  • so you have yo use the mousse aferter you shower or before?

  • @iluvmymusic100 Yeah, after you shower, wash, and detangle your hair.

  • its pronounced essie and ur nlt suppposed to brush ur hair in da shower it breaks ur hair off

  • is the leave-in conditioner necessary?

  • @Rukeya89 No, if your hair is in good health then you don't have to use it.

  • Thanks for the tip, my hair gets really poofy when it dries so I'm gonna try this.

Also, is your hair naturally curly like that? YOU'RE SO PRETTY.

  • @sapphireXsecrets awwww thanks and it is naturally curly but mousse, gel, and other curl enhancing stuff make the curls tighter and less frizzy

  • @sapphireXsecrets me too! lol my hair gets EXTREMELY poofy and i hate it!

  • does the mousse harden?

  • @nerdygril6101 Yeah if you put too much then it will and you're hair will get "crunchy."

  • @peach0berry401 yeah after it is detangled and you get rid of the excess water.

  • dos it ever get rilly hored

  • @jasmina560 hard? if you use too much then yeah and can get pretty crunchy and hard.

  • you seem SAD.

  • Excuse me i'm french and i like your video. Your hair are really pretty , i have the same but they are shorter. I wanted to know how many times took your hair for being so long? (i 'm sorry if my english is not good).

    Thank you very much.

  • @feeclochette78000 to be honest I haven't cut my hair that short so I guess a few years and I just trim it when the ends get bad.

  • like um... okay my hair is so fuckin curly what couuld i do to prevent the volume to com becaaus i have alot of voume ;)

  • @hiyasmeto use more product and make sure you're hair is detangled completely. Also get rid of excess water or most of your product will end up dripping out.

  • wat shampoo and conditioner do u use and can u do a curly hair routinee

  • @PeaceLoveColors1 Right now I'm using an avon naturals moisturizing shampoo and conditioner but to be honest it isn't that great. I just look for anything that says moisturizing. My curly hair routine is kinda the same as the mousse and air dry video but I've just been using the Infusium treatment lately.

  • thanks. It helped a little, but i figured that i just have to wait for my fucking hair to grow down. I mean it's pretty self-explanatory.:)

  • does this apply to guy's curly hair too? cuz like i got mad curly hair, and when it becomes long it goes up in an afro shape. Which I really, actually don't want. Right now I have medium size hair, like 2-3inches long. I want it to go down instead of up. Any tips on what I should do to get that desired effect?

  • @OKComputer134 The only thing I can think is to detangle your hair and add a good amount of product by raking it downwards through your hair. When your hair isn't long it's hard to keep it down so I hope this helps.

  • what race are you???

  • thanks for this, i was wondering why my hair kept going into a afro, instead of being curley.

  • hiii can you straighten your bangs with mousse in??????

    ur so helpful!!!

  • @98asile sorry but I've never used a flat iron on my hair while I had mousse in so idk.

  • Lolz how come every time u bend over the lightgoes off??

  • can u straighten your bangs with mousse in??

  • After you get out of the shower.. do you dry your hair before you put your mousse on?

  • Thanks for the information and I also tried the parnevu conditioner and it worked so well. Its like my favorite conditioner now, it leaves my hair so soft, moisturized, and managable. Is the V05 Curvacious Curls mousse still being sold in stores because I haven't seen it?

  • hello,

where did you buy your powerbrush from?

  • Hi,

Where do you buy your powerbrush from? Also is the aussie spray in conditioner the aussie sprunch spray?

  • @Hiphopteendiva14 I bought this paddle brush from marshalls but you can get a bigger one by conair or goody at walmart too. it's aussie hair insurance leave in conditioner spray.

  • What type of Mousse is that?

  • @star42598 it's V05 extreme curl mousse. Idk if they still sell it cause I don't see it at the store anymore

  • @elizzie954 ok thanks u have nice hair

  • wats a moose???

  • When You Bend Down the Light Goes like Low and when u stand it is bright xD

  • Thanks :) i think im going to try that aussie stuff :) im so jelouse of your LONG hair :) my hair is so short :( i use vo5 shock waves :) which i think is really good :)

  • Is there a way that you can use mousse without having the mousse dry out your hair. You know like leaving it hard and crunchy, and therefore taking the bounce out of your hair.I would like to try some mousse, but still keep my african hair (JHERRI CURL) full of bounce.

  • you are beutiful

    half black half white??

  • @jimmyjohnson691 basically but both my parents are mixed and my dad's parents are mixed so theres a few other things there too. I basically just say I'm a mixed Jamaican.

  • @elizzie954 haha me too but my hair is like POOFY when it dries :)

  • @jimmyjohnson691 Those are the main races. Both of my parents are mixed Jamaicans so I'm a lot of things lol

  • @elizzie954 Yeah this video reaally helped me because im half jamaican! :) thankss .

  • thanks for the advice...i mean ur hair is alot like mine. i wish u do more and more hair video, especially abt frizz stop and big bouncy curls. for the 1st time it really worked after followin this.

  • so when it dries what happens?

  • You seem like a hair wiz! So im wondering if u can help me. I have a cowlick and wavy hair. But i want striaght hair. All works out but the cowlick part

my hair goes like this with the cowlick ~~~~~& the & is the cowlick lol im a boy so i have like side swept bangs

  • Thanks For The Vid Im A Guy Hahahaha Have You Ever Seen Polynesian Puffy Hair? LoL Thats Me .... I Cant Brush My Hair After I Get Out Of The Shower Or My Tail Puffs Up That Sucks ..... It Stays Some What Down But Still Gets Bigger

  • @projectpat2007 haha you're welcome and I hope it helped

  • haha your funny "i dont listen to the directions..'put a dimesize..' no..no" lol samee here gurll

  • you are so right about that dime sized ammount doing nothing. your hairs a lots like mine, thanks for the tips.

  • thanks!

  • i've been looking for something like this FOREVER...i too am spanish & my hair dries big too & usually the stuff i saw described hair that was nothing like mine...this was really helpful

  • Yhur hair . Is really pretty .

  • u put way o much mousse in ur hair

  • ummmmmm.........crap i 4got wht i was gonna say. nice vid lol

  • I do that with the shirts too :] My hair is exactly like yours but mousse does not hold enough, i have to use a gel too.

  • u do put a lot it..i love it!

  • ok thank you:)

  • wait if u just like run a towel through your hair after you get out of the shower to get excess moisture out of your hair does that ruin it?!

  • no you should be good if thats all ur doing. im just saying not to dry it completely with a towel or fuzz it up.

  • i thought if u dont wash the conditioner good out of your hair, then it will be grease ..

  • @4everProductions thats only if u leave it in ur scalp and it has to be alot. what im talking about is to rinse it out leaving a tad bit in wear ur hair is still soft not leaving it all in.

  • Good video. :D You're very pretty.

I never thought of using leave-in conditioner, I'll have to try that.

I scrunch my hair with mousse the night before instead of in the morning. I find it looking more natural/not hard. It gets a bit frizzy while I sleep, so I just put defrizzer/hairspray in it.

I like Herbal Essence. It doesn't leave that hard, scrunchy texture like V05 does.

    Thanks for the tips. :D

  • you'r hair is beautiful! haha My hair is HORABLE!! I honestly can't do anything with it, so thanx for posting this becuase it helps! My hair is always all, dry frizzy and tangly and yea....so thanx again 4 the video! =)

  • ur welcome

  • we use the same mousse, but it hardens my hair. I think I put too much on but I can't really gage it...sometimes, I put less and I look like a frizzy haired medusa.

  • dont you scrunch ur hair?

  • Would u get dandruff if u leave conditioner ijn ur hair?

  • as long as the conditioner is not left on the scalp, you should be fine.

  • hey what's the brand of mousse you use?

  • i usually use got 2b kinky curling mousse, but in this video i think i was using v05 extreme curl mousse

  • @123vdogg it's V05 extreme curl mousse

  • you're hair is so nice curly!!

    thx !

  • i have really curly hair too....good how to video

  • Is it okie to comb your hair while conditioning your hair, because it's just easier to if you have a lot of tangles :P?

Oh and I also thought when you apply mousse you do it with your head down :\ so you get like ALL the hair..

  • gurl what iz upp wit yo camra???

  • the sunlight was behind me so whenever i went to get something the light made it hard to see.

  • ohhh okkk lol

  • my hair when washed its not that flat...its kinda big and when its dry its a total mess...i didnt know u had to put so much mousse...i only put a little..lol thanks so much

  • if you detangle it with a paddle brush while your in the shower it should end up being flatter when you get out. and u kinda do have to put alot of mousse if you have thick hair cause it will just dry bigger if you dont contain it. it wasnt as much as it seemed cause the mousse puffs up in your hand after you spray it out. hope this helps =)

  • yup i get u my hairs just lyk tat

  • 1. Pentear cabelo no chuveiro.

  • does this make your hair less puffy?

i have curly hair too and it usually gets a little big. ok, a lot big haha. i hate it when it gets all poofy! how do you control yours?

  • The mousse helps to contain it but if you put too much it can get crunchy. Using alot of mousse or gel should be able to keep it from getting puffy though.

  • idk why but when i use mousse my hair turns back fluffy and dry but i think its cause i dont wear hair spray do i have 2 wear hair spray after using mousse

  • Hello! I have curly hair too and have always used gel over a leave in conditioner. Have you ever used gel, and if so how does it compare to mousse? I've always been curious. :)

  • Yea I use gel, I just haven't made a video with it, I gues... From my experience gel doesn't leave hair as crunchy and hard as mousse tends too. Of course if you use too much of anything your hair can get hard but if you want a tight curl kinda crunchy style then I think mousse is better. Gel is best for a softer look especially when used with a leave in conditioner. Hope this helps =)

  • also did u thin it cause my hairs like urs but thicker. how do u dry ur hair then.

  • I'm sure her hair is just naturally fine, not thinned out. Thinning out thick curly hair is a bad idea.

  • why is thinning out curly hair a bad idea...i just got mine thinned out a few weeks ago...and I have curly hair..(I do admit i wish I had never thinned it out but it'll grow back out I guess...but whats you opinion

  • Hi, itshonee, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to offend. I just personally find bigger hair much more attractive on people with curly hair like us. When curly hair is thinned out, it can turn limp and flat, especially if your layers are not short enough. Basically, I find curly hair with no body whatsoever to be a big no-no. Also, thinnning shears are known for being unflattering when used on curly and/or wavy hair, since it meddles and disrupts the curl and/or wave pattern.

  • you didnt offend me at all ..(Im just curious..sry if it came out as a offensive comment)

cus I did get it thinned out (well the hair stylist did it on her own with out me knowing..so she pretty much thinned it out)

and now i see what you are talking about ...my hair is much limp and I dont have the body that i used to ..I'm sad about that...but It will grow back out right? (any suggestions?)

    :D

  • No sweat. =]

Well, the next time you go in for a haircut, which should be when you feel your hair has grown out the cut, then schedule an appointment at your preferred salon and request a layered cut that will reinstall the volume back into your hair, and they'll know how to help you. =]

  • yea that helped ..

    Thanx

    ~peace

  • no, but my hair usually dries much bigger than it did that day. its thin when its wet. I wring out my hair, add product, then air dry.

  • how long did it take u to grow ur hair

  • I'm not sure because I usually don't "cut" it. I'll get trims and get layers in but it has been around the same length since middle school.

  • oh my God, your hair is amazing!

i have hair like yours, only it's shorter , maybe around the chest area.

anyways, i want to ask if using a wide-tooth comb in the shower is good? because that's what i use,

also i saw that you just run the mousse through your hair, do you scrunch it sometimes? and does it work well?

thaanks for posting this video. :)

    love you hair .

  • a wide tooth comb in the shower is fine, i just prefer a paddle brush cause it's easier for me. i don't like the comb for after i get out of the shower cause i feel that it makes my hair bigger than necessary.

i don't scrunch because it makes my hair frizzy and adds volume. if you hair is thiner then scrunching might work but my hair always gets more than enough volume so my goal is to weigh it down while it's wet since I know how it dries. If you have any more questions just ask =D

  • Looks like a model...

  • OMG I LOVE YOUR HAIR.

i have like the exact same type of hair except mine is shorter.

Can you show a video on how it looks after it's dry. And any more tips you have on keeping it under control :))))

  • the video titled "Result of Mousse..." has what it looked like at the end of the day. however my hair usually has more volume than it did that day. i guess that was an odd day or something.

  • What's a texturizer ? Is it similiar to a perm ?

  • yea it is basically a mild relaxer that is supposed to loosen up your curls to make them looser or wavy. it is not supposed to completely straighten your hair so it is less damaging in that way.

  • My hair gets all poofy How do i stop that?

  • adding more product and making sure that your hair isn't too wet when you add product. doing your hair in sections should also help. detangling it in the shower while its wet so that it doesn't get poofy when you try to detangle it while its damp.

  • if u dnt towel dry how do stop ur hair from drenching ur back?

  • i separate my hair in two and wring it out with my hands once i get out of the shower. then ill walk around with it in a ponytail or bun for awhile before i put in product. once its alittle drier ill wring it out again and then ill start applying product. idk if that made alot of sense in words but let me know if you get what im saying lol.

  • ok that makes sense thanks!:)

  • when i put my hair in abun or pony tail while its wet it bends up the back. Is it really bad to towel dry your hair?

  • towel drying adds alot of frizz. you can lightly touch it with a towel and then wring it out if you really like towels but i dont think the frizz and dryness is worth it.

  • you must go through A LOT of mousse.

  • you're REALLY pretty! :)

  • i have the same hair but way thicker i have a LOT of hair

  • heeey your so preety this video realy helped me as my hair is preety much like yours:D could you do one like how to straighten your hair? x

  • thanks, if i find a faster & more efficient way to straighten it then i will definitely make a video. =D

  • also, i just checked your maybelline lip gloss video...what products did you use for that hair? it looked gorgeous!

    :)

  • just some leave in conditioner (Parnevu) and gel (La Bella Lots of Curls). that was also the day after i did my hair so thats probably why it looked better.

  • I have hair exactly like yours... probably a little curlier... could you post a video on how your hair looks after this routine, but once its dry? I'd love to see how bouncy it looks, before I run to get these products! That would help me a lot!

    Thanks!

  • the video "results of mousse..." shows how it looks dry. on that day my ahir didn't really get too bouncy but if you use less mousse it should and for some reason the day after i did my hair it always looks better and bouncier than the day i did it, idk if its the same for you but i hope it helped!

  • yes please do!!

  • I have hair almost exactly the same as yours...but mine is to my belly button.i have really tight thick curls. i have two types mixed together. my mom is white and my dad is black so i have long soft curly hair like my mom but i also have a teensy bit of thick african american hair. i want hair like yours... soft long and preety. how many times do you wash your hair in a week? and what type of products do you use? -Chloe

  • my hair is actually not very soft at all(unless its straight), but i usually wash my hair like 2-3 times a week and sometimes i only use conditioner. i use parnevu leave in conditioner with either la bella curl gel or got2b kinky curl mousse. and i just bought tigi curls rock curl amplifier which is pricy but works extremely well on its own and is great for thicker hair because the consistency is really thick and it keeps your hair from frizzing and getting humongous yet keeps nice curls.

  • You have gorgeous hair! How long did it take you to grow your hair? Would you consider doing a tutorial with your hair straight(flat iron) please!

  • thanks, but i never really cut off that much of my hair so it's been around the same length or alittle shorter all my life. lol this ironic but my hair is straight right now. i was thiniking of doing one but i haven't found a good way of doing it yet because it still takes me 3 hours to get it nice and i have a sedu flat iron so idk what im doing wrong yet. but if i ever find a faster better way then ill definitely post a video!

  • You're very pretty & have awesome hair!

  • ahh ~ my hair is like that too, because i got a relaxer a longggg time ago and the front of my hair is straight, the bottom is curly, and my new growth is curly so it looks like frizzy ): lol

  • i think you should have showed the viewers wat ur hair looks like dry but i did try ur way and it did work so thank you very much and i have a question what other products could you use if u dont have mousse???

    write back pleez

    thanx--------

  • you can use gel or some type of thick curl defining creme. and if your hair gets frizzy really easy you can try using alittle spray on the surface when you are done.

  • ok well i have some questions.first off what is the brand of shampoo&conditioner that you use?also do you let your air dry or do you use a diffuser? if you use a diffuser can you make a video showing how & the results?also could you do a video using some different types of mousses like garnier fructis, sunsilk, tresemme etc. are there any cheaper alternatives that you know of instead of using curls rock line? my hair is pretty much like yours except my curls are a little tighter,

  • The brand of the shampoo and conditioner I'm using is loreal hydra gloss, its ok but I haven't found the best inexpensive shampoo & conditioner brand yet.

I air dry my hair, and the mousse I was using is v05 extreme style curvaceous curls mousse(should be around $2-$4).

Other products I use are La Bella lots of curls gel and Got 2 B kinky curling mousse; they shouldn't be more than $3 each and are both in my products video if you need an image. I hope this helps =)
