I agree that their relationship is awful. Lucius, unlike his wife, wants a perfect son. As soon as Draco's not, Lucius is mad at him. Narcissa, on the other hand, is a very protective and loving mother: no matter what Draco does, he's her son and she will not allow anyone to hurt him... even the Dark Lord himself.
I honestly thought that Draco would do something awesome in the last book, but I was mistaken. Though, technically, he did save Harry's life. If it weren't for him, Voldemort could have become the master of the Elder Wand for real and had incredible power, but Draco became the master of the Elder Wand and then Harry became master of Draco's wand.

I disagree with the premise. Draco throughout the series has starts a sentence " Father say..." You can see real admiration. And Draco father correction of him does not mean lack of love...It is evident Draco has attention from both parents. They even go through great lengths to try to get back into the school to search it...for Draco. In British version the pg is 516 3rd paragraph but it is the Chapter called The Elder Wand.

I don't mean the film scene although that does show how controling he is of his son, in the book he makes a nasty comment about Draco not being able to beat Hermione Granger's exam marks, to Borgin.
Book six, shows Draco is terrified of everything that has happened. He cries to Moaning Myrtle of all people, says a lot! But sadly, guess JK won't redeem him.

Well a lot of people think that's the way it is. But the books do not indicate that at all. In fact, they indicate that he is very doting to his family.
Err, no they don't. In the second book Lucius Malfoy slates his son in public, it's that cut scene in Borgin and Burkes, "Though if his school marks don't pick up, that may be all he is fit for." That scene shows how false Lucius doting is, it's his mother who is the devoted one. His father just buys his son's obedience. 'coughs', New Slytherin team kit...

The Trio will never understand the pressure he's being put under, that he only turned out this way due to very poor parenting. Correction, /he/ didn't kill Dumbledore. Snape did for him, due to an unbreakable vow with Narcissa. Draco couldn't do it, although he never liked Dumbledore, he couldn't kill him....Snape had to do it. Read more carefully, Harry was in the room and saw this, later saying that it was /Snape/ who killed Dumbledore, which is correct...

Since the Third Movie, they've cut SO much... In the first 2 movies there was damage, but not THAT much... They probably cut away a lot of things in the 4th movie since there happens that much but i don't mind sitting hours in a chair, as long as the movie is good.

I was extremely disappointed when I didn't see this trial in the movie..

I don't know which side Snape is on. He had to kill Dumbledore because of the Unbreakable Bound, but... if you read the book, you really think that he has chosen Voldemort's side. But if he's really on the Light Side, he 'd better do something really good to make this all up.
I also thought about this deal he makes with Narcissa Malfoy in the beginning of the book (while lovely Bella is there too), about protecting Draco (I dunno the name of the "deal" - I'm a Norwegian and I cannot remember..=P) anyway, he's hard to..uhm, see through.. Jo is a proficient storyteller.. I don't want to say for sure that he has taken Voldy's side, and I don't want to believe he's on Dumbledore's side.. maybe the cool teacher is playing his own thing.. haha=P

I don't mean the film scene although that does show how controling he is of his son, in the book he makes a nasty comment about Draco not being able to beat Hermione Granger's exam marks, to Borgin.

Wow... that's awesome. I hope Draco finds a way to break out of the mold his father's set. My personal opinion? Lucius is a very abusive father/husband, and that's the only role model Draco's had. Sad. :(

Err, no they don't. In the second book Lucius Malfoy slates his son in public, it's that cut scene in Borgin and Burkes, "Though if his school marks don't pick up, that may be all he is fit for." That scene shows how false Lucius doting is, it's his mother who is the devoted one. His father just buys his son's obedience. 'coughs', New Slytherin team kit...

Loved the editing that makes it appear Draco duels his father. Nice job. Made think over another version where Lucius rethinks his influence on Draco, perfect country song by Rodney Atkins called "Watching You". Talk about how the son wants to be like dad, learns to swear and then pray like dad. anyway your video made me think of that song in connection to Draco and Lucius. Great job again!

ooo I love this video. And I just LOVE Draco lol. Well I am a huge fan of Tom Felton. But I think his character of Draco really does have a heart somewhere in him. You did awesome with putting different clips together that made it seem so real when it came to him and his father. Good work!

That was very well done! I loved it! You captured Draco and his relationship with his father. I too think there's redemption for Draco. The Trio will never understand the pressure he's being put under, that he only turned out this way due to very poor parenting. I'm not saying he's a Saint, he'd probably still be a bit of an asshole without those parents, but he's not evil!

Very well edited! Especially the eyelines, when Lucius looks upwards, and Draco is up in a tree, and things like that... and when they both "draw their wands" and it looks like they're going to duel each other... Their facial expressions match too! Well done!

Love your vid but i have to say that i've read the 6th book and i didnt think he was going 2 kill dumbledore but he did beacuse of pressure but now he cannot turn back he wont turn good and i think at the end harry and draco will have a duel and either harry or draco will die.

Correction, /he/ didn't kill Dumbledore. Snape did for him, due to an unbreakable vow with Narcissa. Draco couldn't do it, although he never liked Dumbledore, he couldn't kill him....Snape had to do it. Read more carefully, Harry was in the room and saw this, later saying that it was /Snape/ who killed Dumbledore, which is correct...
Draco is just the result of trying to be a perfectionist to please his asshole of a father.

Since the Third Movie, they've cut SO much... In the first 2 movies there was damage, but not THAT much... They probably cut away a lot of things in the 4th movie since there happens that much but i don't mind sitting hours in a chair, as long as the movie is good.

she did indeed appear in book 6 (the Half-Blood Prince), as well as book 5 (the Order of the Phoenix), as well as a little in book 4 (the Goblet of Fire) - in this trial with Rodolphus LeStrange (her husband), her brother-in-law Rabastan LeStrange and Barty Crouch jr. I was extremely disappointed when I didn't see this trial in the movie..

I wonder if whether Snape is good or bad.. maybe Dumbledore told him to kill him, that he had foreseen the plan, and said so because it was the only way he could defeat Voldemort..by going into death.

I don't know which side Snape is on. He had to kill Dumbledore because of the Unbreakable Bound, but... if you read the book, you really think that he has chosen Voldemort's side. But if he's really on the Light Side, he 'd better do something really good to make this all up.

I also thought about this deal he makes with Narcissa Malfoy in the beginning of the book (while lovely Bella is there too), about protecting Draco (I dunno the name of the "deal" - I'm a Norwegian and I cannot remember..=P) anyway, he's hard to..uhm, see through.. Jo is a proficient storyteller.. I don't want to say for sure that he has taken Voldy's side, and I don't want to believe he's on Dumbledore's side.. maybe the cool teacher is playing his own thing.. haha=P
