  • Fortunately I lived close to Baxter and Broadway, only lost power for about 20 hours or so, nasty storm though!

  • My electric went off for like 3 days. No hot showers and I missed the Louisville game one of those nights!

  • yeah didn't have power for 2 weeks and it was 38 degrees inside my house at night

  • that was an experience i was out side at about 3 or 4 in the morning when it was quite at you could hear the tree's breaking it sounded like gun shots in my part of town it was crazy

  • Thank you for this video. You included my mom's house 4537. She just passed away and lived in that house for more then 32 years.............It was good to see it even if it was an ice storm

  • You are near me, somewhat. I'm on W. Evelyn

  • WOW it was bad here too. My boyfriend had to go restore power in louisville. he works for pike.

  • What are they telling you to do about the clean up? Is FEMA picking it up or do you have to haul it off yourself or hire a contractor?

  • Your right around the corner from me man, everything got hit HARD. Should have got a video on my phone of all the trees falling here.

If you were to see and hear video of the first night here it sounded like the house was getting bombed.

  • I remember the big one in Quebec, some were without power for over a month, and this is an area where utilities are used to these kinds of things. Can be serious business.
