You need to mix up the pad work a bit more, do more continuous sessions to work on his hitting, blocking moving on the inside. A bit like roger mayweather does. Also work on holding and turning opponents, hitting on break and sneaky back of the head stuff, i know its naughty but hey its no tickling contest. To me he looks very very good, but dont make the same mistake many eastern europeans have and become one dimensional, you gotta teach him how to box the inside too.
