@unknown5676 Sort of. I think it was made as a spinoff (named Room 302) but then got attached on to the main series. Due to that it has a bit of a continuation problem in some places, plus this was designed with an idea of a room as a safe haven, that then becomes dangerous, instead of Silent Hill. It was developed by the same team as the first three, however. So it is sort of a spinoff, but nowhere near as much as Shattered Memories.
