  • your so good

  • like rhe vid il practice that on my bag

  • Good speed. Good power. Good combos. You also had great footwork and moved very well around the bag.

  • Very Nice! I wish I would have started at your age!

  • damn man those punches are like lightning

  • not acting tuff but i can kick his ass in boxing look at his posture and how he holds his hands even the way he moves is way off

  • @AGAonLIVE Post a video of your boxing skills or shot your mouth. Anyways this guy looks like a Bantomweight to me so you might have a chance.

  • @AGAonLIVE Perhaps you'd care to elaborate, in your vast knowledge and experience. What's wrong with how he holds his hands? What's wrong with his movement? Have your ever seen where Roy Jones Jr. holds his hands in a fight?! If your reflexes are good enough, you don't always need your gloves on your ears. He moved very well and kept a good pace for the entire two minutes. I imagine you'd punch yourself out in 30 seconds.

  • nice

  • nice work

  • nice punches how long u been boxing

  • i'm 140lbs and i have a 77lbs heavy bag is this enough to train my power?

  • SMooth skills man, great speed, great power, great vid.

  • are you using 12 oz gloves?

  • are u using 12oz gloves?

  • Superb work on that bag. Good explosive punches and fast footwork, well done

  • Very nice..

  • you left ur self open way too many times...u got speed and thats really good but that bag is too small so we cant see if u got strenght and ur hands r a little bit down....but ovr all your good

  • @narusaku10000 Thats what I was going to say too.

  • hands up! hands up!

  • Good work . hand's are held a little low but its wut ever .

  • that's pretty good work only thing I would say is to practice moving your head a bit more after you throw combos and to double up the jab a few times but you have good hand speed and it looks like you have pretty good conditioning so keep it up.

  • small bag/

  • Alright Bruv,

how long you been Boxing training ?

  • All i can say after being told this many times my self is use the full extention of ur punches especially ur jab. other than that good work.

  • probably 40lbs maybe 50

  • CHEK OUT MY HEAVY BAG TRAINING !!

give me our tips and comments !

  • thats not a heavy bag lol, a 5th grader weighs more than that bag! this guy is a weakling!!

  • its not always bad to have a lighter bag that moves more. remember ,a big heavy stationary bag can be good for power but you could also develop bad habits

  • @mehrdadofsky What do you mean exactly when you say "bad habits"?

  • @ImPersianMeow staying still. in one place. not moving

  • nice boxing skills

  • Very nice technique

  • This is gudd shit man .nice hand speed nd power.

  • Great stuff, you're good.

  • very impressive... good head movement

  • nice technique. impressive.

  • hmm, are you sure that's a heavy bag? it looks more like 1/2 or 3/4 the size of a heavy bag.

  • its a heavy bag....dunno what else you would call it....

  • i thought only the 120 lb bags counted as heavy bags, but i looked it up and it ranges from 40 lbs to 150 lbs.

  • Like your style! very fast!

  • he has speed and he is working very nice

  • nice work !! turn the right hand over a bit more

for extra pop on the bag!

  • this dude would wreck you.

  • i hope reebok paid you guys for the publicity. (kidding).

good video, this guy punches so fast he gets his hands back to guarding position before you can hear the impact on the bag. or maybe the sounds just outa sync. keep it up.

  • Damn... I wish I could strike as good as you someday. Nice vid!

  • nice, at first i thought u were a lil gay chav who thought they were solid. now i see u are =[ impressive sounds, good way u keep ur arms in the ready position and gaurd after every punch, id work abitr more on bobing and weaving between and combos, but this is awsome.

  • nice job man, good session

  • nice work, but cover your chin, unless you like getting knocked out. It does not matter if its just heavy bag. Should be common practice for every time you square off.

    Keep up da good work!

  • Some people think what they see on youtube is a substitute for actually learning how do something correctly. Every hard puncher 'breaks' the bag, the fist penetrates into the bag since a punch should be aimed to go thru the person. HB work is to develop punching power which means leverage and follow-through, punching THRU the bag. That is not for the purpose of just scoring points,(amateurs) but of hurting the other guy. Punchers are made on the HB.

  • dude, i showed u bernard hopkins, bruce lee, muhammad ali, george foreman, joe frazier, ricky hatton, mike tyson. now watch jack dempsey. dont compare these gr8s to some guy in a basement! dempsey is working 4 power, c the bag swing still wana act stupid, dumb & blind?

    /watch?v=eoSEEXIe6Gg

this kid is thinking as hes throwing, ross is just hitting the bag, not thinking theres a differnce. listen to a professional trainer!

    /watch?v=6ed7-_VSQHI.

    goto a gym dude.

  • The crucial issue in punching is 'breaking' the bag, punching through the bag. The swing is irrelevant to anything as anyone who actually hits the heavy bag will tell you. Watch someone hit a 100lb or 150lb bag and see how much swing is in that bag. The bags that you are seeing those guys hit are small for their size, probably around 70lb, so you are going to see some swing. So, go to a gym and learn something instead of just mouthing off.

  • sorry friendly.. you dont seem to know what youre talking about.

if you take a knife and stab the bag, the bags not going to go swinging is it?

if you take a sledge hammer and strike the bag.. same thing, you'll puncture the bag, or make a temporary dent

  • 'It is easy to judge the snap in your punches when you work on the heavy bag. The bag should 'break' when you hit it: your fist should penetrate INTO the bag and you should be able to see the bag 'fold' or 'break' somewhat from the impact. (It's just not enough to get the bag swinging; it has to break.) When the bag breaks... you'll know that you're punching properly, with speed, follow-through, and powerful snap.(Championship streetfighting, Boxing as a martial Art- Ned. Beaumont)

  • At about 30 sec in the video he throws a great right to the body which pops the bag. He gets his hips into the punch. That is the correct way to punch.

  • weres that boxing gym

    looks mint

  • Hand speed is good so is his head movement,

  • he is not very strong

  • yea and the bag is just moving around coz its windy ? Lolz!!

Get a life big mouth !

  • that squeak would drive me crazy. nice video though

  • nice man he wuld be a lightweight or middleweight

  • pretty quick

  • slow this down i cant see ur shots lol nice work

  • Yea, fast, but that's not gonna hurt anybody xD

  • Another amatuer with a big mouth! Dude, see the bag move around? thats coz its been hit with POWER..... u dont know shit, Hes got serious skills, Speed, power, coordination and good footwork. What skills u got ?Lolz He just looks a little uptight i doubt he could keep that perfect form through out the rounds.

whats mike tyson's training regiment by the way?

  • No, the bag isn't suppose to move around, it should 'pop' and stay largely in place. He isn't following through with his punches to get that snap. I am not being critical of him since it is clear he does have some skills, but he appears to be a light puncher.

  • the bag is suppose to move, thats how you develop more power! hit the bag whn its swinging towards u! thats wht hes doing, thats wht every puncher does, got any gym and take a boxing lesson! 'some skills' !? hes got footwork, hes covering his ribs, keeping his hands high, bobin, weaving, his hands r high, hes ot footwork, his stpping is dead on, hes stepping and out r u blind? hes got the power bag swinging thats power and hes throwing 4-5 punch perfect combos in 1 sec, thats speed!

  • No, the bag when punched correctly should 'break' that is move up and down, it should not be swinging. If the bag is swinging it is because he is not snapping his punches but arm punching and pushing the bag.

I recomend you watch Ross Enamait hit the bag for power and see the bag barely move.

  • dude, i dont know where u got that info from but i'm sorry to tell u thats incorrect. Boxers love a swinging bag, thts how u devlop power, watch mike tyson on a heavy bag, watch muhammad ali training regime 2/3, watch bruce lee on the heavy bag so on,they actually make the bag swing to hit it comng towards them, like soccer, if u kick a ball coming toeards u it'l go faster, u'l have more power, like baseball u hit aball coming towards u. Plz goto a boxing gym and learn from a certified trainer

  • Friend, I don't know care what people like, we were discussing the correct way to hit the heavy bag. The HB should not swing when you hit it, it should move up and down. Now stop talking like an idiot, because that is what you sound like.

  • I've referred you to professional boxing clips and u r stuck on an amatuer who probably never fought a single round whos training for stamina and says in the description that video isnt for skill at all. I doubt u've ever stepped in a ring or even punched a bag. goto a gym or open a physcis book, force equals mass into acceleration. the bag is going to swing more the harder u hit it! its science, or sweet science as we call it. do u even play any type of sport ?

  • No, the bag isn't going to swing more, a good punch stop it. A swinging bag means you are pushing the bag, not snapping your punches.

You have no idea what you are talking about.

  • /watch?v=TGar3JMS3LY

watch from 5:33. Thats force accelerating mass! and no ones seen a more powerful puncher than foreman. He needs a man to hold the bag to keep it from? swinging ! his power is even making the man holding the bag swing!

plez dude get some real info. u saw someone training for stamina, not power nor technique. u r confused!

  • Watch Ross hitting for power in the 2nd part of the video, not the beginning of the segment.

  • lolz! thats a different bag mostly for training uppercuts.

    1. he stops the bag by touching it 6 times

    2. there is a wall right next to the bag

    3. its a circular smaller bag, common sense is a longer object swings more than a smaller object.

/watch?v=GjV3O2CLisg&feature=related this is how u hit a bag. the kid has perfect form, u need to goto a gym and talk to trainer. i've showed u from ali to frazier to tyson to hopkins to ricky. all u shown me is a guy in a basement!

  • You have no idea what you are talking about. When you punch the HB, you punch thru the bag which is going to 'pop'it. Nothing you have shown me has disproven that fact. Frazier and Tyson are popping the bag and you can hear it. As for Ross, he is making sure he is getting leverage on his punches and that is why the bag is not moving. It has nothing to do with it being next to a wall or it being small. The young man isn't hitting the HB correctly, he is not punching thru it.

  • /watch?v=866GTLlCJn8&feature=related

is the bag swinging? yes or no? thats what a boxing gym looks like! and thats a certified boxing trainer training an amatuer fighter.

  • actually the link didn't work.

  • /watch?v=DZGOySFJ2iE&feature=related shdnt have to tell u who this is.

    /watch?v=6sYO3wkVbI4&feature=related @5:35

  • Boxers may swing the bag in order to develop footwork, but when they hit it, the bag should come to a stop. You punch through a heavy bag and it snaps to a stop. This young man is not punching the bag hard and that is why it is swinging.

  • then i'm sorry to inform u that, if u watch bruce lee on the HB, muhammad ali, watch mike tyson training reel, watch joe frazier pound the heavy bag, those r the worlds greatest punchers, the bag is swining when they hit it! really u need to got a gym and talk to a trainer dude. U r badly confused between boxing and Ross enamiat and mike zambidis stamina punching, and u seem confused about punching bags aswell. sorry 2 say u r takin amatuers as better than the worlds greatest boxers!

  • When Frazier hits the heavy bag he punches thru it and it pops. The way to hit the HB is to punch thru it the same way you punch a person, thru them.

  • /watch?v=TGar3JMS3LY

is the bag swinging ?? yes or no ?

    what r u blind?

lolz! dude goto a gym plez!

  • That is only a 15sec video. By his last combination Frazier has the bag almost stopped.

  • nice speed and foot work

  • Great stuff, excellent combos, and timing. We need more videos like this for boxing fans. Your video psyches me out, makes me want to train.

  • great speed bro. use omre body and you'd tear someone's head off! nice work

  • how much u weight man? what weight category u fight at

  • is that a water bag?

  • fuck

  • nice hair cut, but if i made fun of you in person you would kick my ass lol

  • keep ur hands up and keep workin kid.

  • lol yea

  • lol yea covering his breasts lols

  • some good body shooting bro.

  • all you people saying you would knock him out in a round are just pathetic i bet your just little fucking girls who are to scared to go to a boxing club

  • I give him props and he's got some excellent footwork and hand speed - He'd probably have keep his right guard up when he throws jabs coz he could get clipped.

  • all you people saying you would knock him out in a round are just pathetic i bet your just little fucking girls who are to scared to go to a boxing club

  • don't think about technique for a minute people. Close your eyes and just listen. The punches sound good. I wonder if there is any weight behind the punches. hehe you should put up a clip of you fighting.

  • great one mate ur gonna go places (like me)

  • i know that this is only bag work but there is openingin your guard. bad habbit to have. nice foot work.

  • ide take you out in a round

  • amazing mate

  • You seem to be dropping your hands a lot, or at least holding them just below your face. Have you stopped doing this since, or do you still do it, and if so is there a reason? (from what I've read you're into boxing, so I was wondering if there was some reason you hold your hands where you do, or if you no longer do that)

  • dupa dupa dupa, filmik jest `deko` pogoniony, a szkoda , bo myslalem ze kolo naprawde ma taka szybkosc

  • this is annoyin yhu get all these wee fannies tryin 2 act like they no betta than yhu at the sport u do best a bet they hav neva boxed in they're life. i personnaly think that was a great session yhu hav a gr8 straight jab nd 7 aba fyts thats a gr8 record mate keep at it ull go places :D

  • Dude, if your training for a real fight, gotta hit that thing harder. No offense. I'm 13 and I've stood up to 14-15-16 year olds from training intense. Hit that thing about 1,000 times hard.

  • No effense mate but i wasn't training for a fight at this point and i have had 7 ABA fights since and i haven't lost a single one.

  • nice punches

  • nice opening with a jab, nice work

  • Mate, you do have some quick shots, though i recommend to start switching your combo's around, you allways open with a left jab. though your technique seems good :)

  • How much does the bag weigh?

I am a big boxing fan though do not box competitively myself. You certainly have a decent skill level.

Too many people expect flawless displays on youtube. There is nothing wrong with a bit of constructive criticism, but some people are a little OTT.

  • Why do people act like they know what they're tlaking about on here. COol video no disrespect.

  • Apreciated mate cheers

  • quick as hell

  • run4eva if thats not a heavy bag then wtf is it... a fuckin dog?

  • bite it lol

  • KO, You need to keep your hands up man because if the Bag could hit back you'd be out on the Ground right now

  • you dont keep your hand up in all of the punches, and dont dive forward in your punches...

  • Keep them hands up and angle your body, you don't want to give him that gut, it hurts. Excellent hand speed but also remember where the other fighters head may be you were punching a little in the chest area, but if you were following your logo then good job. Still buddy, keep those hands higher and angle your body.

  • 1stly thats not a heavy bag lol 2nd thing ur very square on alot and ur chin sticks up 2 b ht.. but overall u were gd i thought.. impressive hand speed

  • hands are fast but the hits are short any1 can do that lol

no stance , at least he doesnt hit the bag hard so it will fly like the other morons here posting their heavy bags on youtube

go do some classic boxing lessons , find a russian trainer

  • la mina de la foto, es Pampita???

  • u suck, thats all i gotta say bout that

  • piss off you nonse

  • Could be better. All that 1 or 2 punch at a time, its too predictable. Throw punches in bunches. You already know what he gonna throw..12..12..12

  • yeah exactly... to obvious rest is good.. and feet work could do with sum workin on too.. ya feet r too stiff

  • not bad...

  • Yeah, pretty good. Nice speed! I always look for good speed. Your not bad!!!!!!! Brap!!!!

  • those are ametur league gloves how did u get them and how much did they$cost$

  • which is better? a canvas bag or a vinal bag? please help

  • hey, i no this prob dont matter 2 u now but i thort id reply, i used 2 have a canvas bag and over time it went soft and had 2 throw it out, iv had a few after that, like plastic ones etc, now iv got a heavy leather chain one, which is as good as the day i bought it, so id say leather is best, plus the heavier they are the harder you can punch em, but always use the right gear e.g handwraps and good padded gloves.

  • That Guy ran nakash hasn't got any power. he's struggling with a soft light bag. Check out dalla10 for power. Most power i've seen yet.

  • leeroydpietrasanta you dont know anything about boxing. You have posted utter crap. His technique is perfect. he is a boxer already you.

  • when you are throwing straight punches you re too close to the bag, try to find you re distance and extend your arms!

  • deng, rippin it up

  • good stuff man, check out this dude for some power. vicious guy, search for ran nakash ripping on a heavy bag.

  • Pretty good video. About how many minutes a round should you do, and how many rounds a day on the heavy bag should you do?

  • that is true

  • not suppose to hit bag if its comin towards you, fucks up ur wrists i think

  • Hey, dont forget to protect your face with your shouelder when throwing a straight right, and yeah, you still need to work a lot

  • good work, fast hands, love the haircut, and keep working

  • whered you get that haircut... its the bomb.

  • still needs a lot of work....for instance any experienced fighter would rip apart with left hooks when you drop that right hand after the straight right....that half a second its down is very dangerous. besides that, you need to work on your punching technique your not getting snappy punches, your slapping a 40 pound bag around, that wont do shit for you in the ring. your speed is alright, work on that technique.

  • i doubt he put his video up here to get pointers from random people on the internet. you sound like you expect the guy to get flawless technique overnight. he has a trainer for a purpose

  • Pretty impressed by this kid. Alot better than some of the people on here hitting the bag. I'll have to et a clip of me up. Speed, power and movement! lol

  • quick hands, like the right hook. but keep the head movement going between punches

  • hes really relaxed and he has good footwork really good job

  • what gym is that

  • Thats why they have weight classes, this guy doesnt have to worry about a much heavier guy getting him in the corner.

  • speed is great.. you definetly need to leave the special effects (pshh pshh bullshit) for some other time.. your are fast and your punches have power but you need to learn combination not just throw punches as you please cause you need to know what you are throwing and what is your opponent going to send back at you.. enough of playing fast and furious on the bag..

  • lol those arenft special effects dumb ass everybody makes noises when they r on the heavy bag dont u know it?

  • anyone "good" -fixed

  • Those noises are the correct way to breathe. Mostly through the nose if possible, and by breathing out on each strike your opponent will find it hard to time your breathing and hit you when inhaling. You should also try sucking your gut in and up, even when inhaling. You'll only get half breaths but you can train and become used to it. You'll be much less susceptible to being gassed from body shots. When using this method, inhale during a 1, 2 and exhale again like the boxer in the video.

  • Lol those arent special effects, thats him breathing stupid ass..

  • you got some fast hands man.

  • ya im liking the speed there. good work =)

  • este pibe le agrego sonido a los golpes. Y otra cosa, tiene que usar mas la izquierda y no tanto la derecha.

  • luvly technique, needs work to clean up your defence etc, but luvly quick hands and crisp punches.

  • good work don't listen to these idots about having no power. speed is power, u'll gradually build up power as you age

  • your stance is too easy for a good, fast, heavier fighter to land counter-jabs and jabs on your face. im not impressed. and i'm not bashing you, it's just something i notice.

  • fair play, but im not going t fighting heavier guys am i???

  • you never know man, you never know..

  • @teddylonsdale ite mate were bouts is this gym????

  • Pretty good speed and power for a skinny guy but cought on the ropes with a hevier boxer will prove to be a bad situation beause hevier guys can take much punishment and put so much pressure he will not stand long.

  • nice bro how long u been boxing

  • jesus, is he fast!

  • man like ur speed lol

check out ma video and see what u reckon lol search for 2lmilk

  • yer hed kick the shit out of most i used to go skl with him lol

  • sound mate
