@pskim731 明けましておめでとうございます。自作機の調子はいかがですか？­おや、お困りのようですね。まさか本体フレームの強度が足りない­とか（笑）。2.2.0はアルミ丸パイプを使っていますが、ジョ­イント部分の加工は大変面倒なことになっています。アルミ角パイ­プのほうがまだ作りやすいと思います。ねじれにも強いですし。い­かがでしょうか？。と言いつつ最新作は再び丸パイプを使ってしま­いました。

hi!This is a kind of Ball transfer.It is used to transport heavy objects in factories.The problem is to install the screw of 8mm in the center of the steel ball.

アーム部分はφ18のアルミパイプです。ホームセンターにありま­した。

ヒンジ部は代用できるものが思い浮かばなかったのでアルミ丸材か­ら

削り出しました。

もっと良い方法があると思うのですが。

やはりそうでしたか＾＾；部材の加工みて旋盤とフライスがないと­できないなと思っていたんです。

パイプ固定金具と汎用プレートの組み合わせで作ってみます。

これの場合、カメラ重心はジンバルより後ろに配置しています。前­と下の錘で水平になります。

It's one of the "Ball Transfer".

Mr. TeethOfTheEarth has succeeded in welding a bolt to the center of the ball.

@Tim1173JB i have built like wsclater handle with better u joint. but this looks like the best. sturdy. i see the bearing he uses on web. so are u saying he welds the threaded bolt himself. some skill in that i think. how do i get one. your new rig looks great. thanks
