  • Muse - Piano Thing/Bedroom Acoustic. Now stfu down here D= Also Giraffes.

  • its chopin! its mathew bellamy! its music!!!! and good one, should i say... go live your lives and leave the people who actually can do something with their life in peace and working well.

''If there wasn't music in lfe, life would be a mistake.'' Friedrich Nietzsche

  • @givemusictopeople i completely agree and i love your comment :')

  • No, Matt didn't perfect it, what he did was add in background tracks to make the song what it needed to be. It'd be a lot worse on the album if he'd just played the song normally after a song like USoE, and the sound of the jets at the end is deliberately leading into the next song on the album.

If it were possible to perfect music we'd have gotten bored a long time ago, it'll just continue to evolve and devolve whilever there are people out there experimenting with it.

  • @LukeJamesHorton says the kid with the 4 string fender bass XD how original, your knowledge definitely exceeds that of ANYONE who isnt mainstream... you should devote some time from idolizing popular bassists and learn that the "perfection" statement was obviously an opinion. oh and thanks for stating the obvious, thank so you much, I NEVER KNEW THAT :O thank you, thank you... thank you... thank you... i have achieved enlightenment and can now die in peace.

  • @TrashMetal25 You are so, so, SO welcome. How's that dry humour serve you outside of the internet?

  • Tekime is right. It's a beautiful piece indeed, but I fail to see how it was 'perfected'. It is perfect just the way it is (and he plays it just the way it's supposed to be played).

  • Muse should stick to doing what they know how to do well.

  • @akapushkin fusing rock and classical music? Yeah they shouldoh wait that's exactly what they're doing -_-

  • Saying he perfected this piece is like stealing a Bugatti Veyron, spray-painting your name on the hood, and saying you perfected it. He took the easiest part of the piece and slaughtered it with crappy synth effects. Maybe Muse is a great band, and it's cool to see modern music incorporating classical melodies. But this video description, and the ridiculous shot of him in a beam of light after the crescendo, like some kind of piano angel, almost killed me!! LOL...

  • @Tekime too bad you didnt die... :/

  • @TrashMetal25 too bad you don't know the full magnificence of Frederic Chopin. this song was not perfected. it was butchered by that little limey singer. i agree 150% with Tekime that the fact that you and others think that the Nocturne by Chopin was perfected is beyond hilarious. i bet the lot of you don't even know how to correctly pronounce CHOPIN XD!!

  • @mysterypolice Show-pan.

  • @DurpenHeimer Nice to know that you searched it up :)

  • @mysterypolice too bad im not narrow minded? its my opinion dude, get over yourself. i know alot about chopin and music in general, and can very well pronounce his name. "LOOK AT ME IM MYSTERYPOLICE AND IM A RETARD WHO TAKES EVERYTHING SERIOUSLY" did i mention the sun is purple?

  • @TrashMetal25 u mad bro?

  • @mysterypolice not really, im embarrassed though, for you, for your ignorance and lack of common sense.

  • @mysterypolice to bad you're clearly retarded, not to mention bitter because that "limey singer" has more talent in his left little finger then you will have in your entire life. I'm pretty sure you don't even know how to properly play CHOPIN you should ask Matt for lessons =)

  • @alternativebassist I know how to play the piano thank you very much. In fact, I've already got down Chopin's 20th Nocturne and currently trying to practice a piece by Schubert (course you wouldn't know who he since, "you're clearly retarded"). Oh and I'm left handed, so I'm pretty sure I've got a bit more of an edge than that limey singer--oh I'm sorry, you don't like that term, rosbif bastard known as Bellamy in terms of talent in our left hands :)

  • @mysterypolice of course you do and then you're going to go and play with Jimi Hendrix on the moon with the original pink floyd. considering how poor your spelling and grammar is I wouldn't talk about that! I'm pretty sure that Matt could have both hands removed and he'd be more talented than you...I'm prettty sure everyone on the planet is though too...finally don't give left handers a bad name, at least not those of us with talent =)

  • @alternativebassist You imply that your left handed in that last sentence, which I highly doubt. Your just trying to counter me in this little debate as best you can. But regardless, I can already see that your a die-hard Muse fanboy (just like the rest of them) and are trying your best to defend your precious rosbif, limey cunt known as Bellamy. So imma just leave this, there's no point in arguing with musically oblivious people such as yourself.

  • @mysterypolice funnily enough I am...although plainly I'm not so retarded that I would think that would actually bring anything to a "debate" if that's what we're calling me humouring idiots now...see from that sentence its pretty obvious that you are just extremely bitter about Matt; I mean come on, he's far more talented, successful and better looking than you are, its ok you don't have to admit it, your last sentence just proves it =)

  • @alternativebassist Wow. I barely realized, your a troll. And as the rules of the internet clearly state, you "Do not argue with trolls.." So with that being said, ta ta now :)

  • @mysterypolice I'm a troll...says the person who's going on to videos of people with far more talent than them and desperately trying to get people to notice them. I laugh at you, I really do.

  • @alternativebassist One of my friends had told me this Nocturne was in this song. I went to check it out and found it to be horribly butchered by Bellamy (who I already didn't like before). And I ain't trying to get people to notice me, I ain't an attention whore. I just blatantly tell it how it is. I laugh at YOUR immature counter-arguments. "I really do". Now as I said before, ta ta now :)

  • @mysterypolice wow...you really are retarded. Its even funnier now because he didn't change a single thing and you're just tone deaf and know nothing about music! Of course not; you're just making stupidly pathetic statements, whining about someone with more talent and keep coming back when you said you'd left because this is your only chance at human contact. I'd almost feel bad if you weren't so stupid its actually hilarious.

  • @alternativebassist ........riiiiight =/.

  • @Tekime You do know Matt actually has years and years of instruction since he was 10. Gtfo with the "easy part" my ass. This sounds more beautiful than anyone else's version

  • @Tekime - Matt did not perfect this. But if Matthew Bellamy can turn some people on to classical music that may not have been interested before then isn't it worth it?

  • The discription is off, Horowitz perfected this song

  • @theflyingdutchmanxD Nocturne*

  • Matthew, one of the greatest musician, singer, guitarist, pianist. Other peoples can do that; but not as well as Matt'

  • Ok, now that I've listened to it...why was it all chopped up missing entire sections, and a chorus w/ orchestra...wtf? With little kid noises and wierd airplane sounds in the background? Really! Get the fuck out of here. Chopin is perfect as is...he doesn't need sound effects etc. I call bullshit. He didn't even play the proper ending! I'm not saying he's incapable of playing it, I'm just saying that it sucks that he left it out if indeed he does know how to play it. Weird rendition.

  • @suitabledude this is played at the end of United States of Eurasia in the MUSE album The Resistance

On the cd they call this piece Collateral Damage

  • Chopin, my favorite pianist ~

Matt, my favorite singer/ music player ~

Both together, it's very nice :-)

  • such an amazing blend-in of thoughts with the political reality and yet, the simple, beautiful music of life that's been crowded out by the speed, violence and greed of the world. .. masterful, in my mind, how the band made this piece pull together the album's 'intimate' moments with its rock style and sound.

  • I LOVE THIS SONG!!!!!!!! MUSE!!!!!! MATT!!!!

  • @shadow94hyunseop It's Chopin. Kinda.

  • Chopin z Polski:-)))

  • wow ♥

  • which song was this piece from?

  • @kickople990 United States of Eurasia. It's towards the end. :)

  • He did do a rather good job with this, didn't he?

  • does he play that piece in e flat too?

    or other key?

  • it's not a song it's a piece.

  • @cuagmirag technically its a nocturne

  • @TrashMetal25 which is a piece of music as are the sonatas, symphonies, fugues and those sorts of things.

  • @TrashMetal25 A nocturne is a piece, but its definitely not a song

  • @ThePianistBotto I hate to be a pest, but one could argue that this is a song. Anyone in the know about Chopin will be aware of the fact that his Nocturnes (and more) all hearken to the Italian opera of the day - Chopin had a tremendous passion for the female voice which stuck with him throughout his life and this is strongly projected in the beautiful singing style of his Nocturnes; any of them could well be called a song despite their lack of words.

  • @TrashMetal25 funny answer. :D thanks for good music!

  • @TrashMetal25 owned him :P

  • @TrashMetal25 A Nocturne is a piece of music.

  • @TrashMetal25 its a nocturne and a piece at the same time

  • @TrashMetal25 haha

  • @cuagmirag it's an Opus...

  • @cuagmirag 1st. This is a song by Muse, using part of Chopin's nocturne.

2nd. Saying that sentence, you've just just joined in the fabulous "Classical music fanboy" club

  • Mmmmmmmm is well played but too believe that this refined setting, this means that ruined a work of Frédérick Chopin , and what this work is perfect as written and you have to respect what the composer also says it has too many effects such as children's laughter, violin, etc. The is to play Chopin's feelings in the interpretation, not a set of effects, to hear the melody or beautiful.

  • So good :)

  • where is the fucking epic button >.<

  • This is a sonata... not a song.

  • yo Chopin loves you

  • thumbs up if you turned the volume all the way up

  • guitar + piano + vocal =

  • @MightyBass101 = I love Matt Bellamy ^^

  • Does anyone know Matt's history in piano? Like did he do grades and stuff or whats the story here?

  • @waterwavesandsand he always says in interviews that he isn't classically trained and that he finds it very difficult to sightread music, but he's always loved working out the great classical masterpieces by himself. i absolutely love the way he plays...pretty amazing for a rock star ;)

  • @waterwavesandsand he played piano since about 8 or 9 i think, at age 12 he played in a competition type thing and won, the footage is on youtube if you google it

  • Matthew Bellamy is a great artist, even if not a great pianist. It might not be the best interpretation of this Chopin's Nocturne, but it is still a really good one. His tuch is sweet, and intimate, and i think it's the most important thing in this kind of music.

And he also add his personality in playing this song, without altering the beauty of it.

Is it not the main thing in music? =)

  • It's one thing to learn how to play 3 or 4 chords on a guitar and write a song from that, and another to be able to play a complex piece of classical music. That's what has made Elton John, another Brit, so great - they both have a background in classical music. You can hear depth in a performance when someone has that knowledge. There are some cool rock songs out there, but Muse raises the bar with a great sense of musicality.

  • beautiful.

  • Almost as good as other videos of chinese kids playing this song on youtube!

  • I think Matt is a great musician of this new century, but saying that he is "perfecting" this song that is already perfect by a god of the piano like Chopin i think is too much man...(or girl) besides, this is the easy part of the Nocturne Op.9 nº 2, i am a classical piano player and a muse fan as well and i can tell you that, he is great, but not so great as any of the classical piano masters, so carefull about what you say cause people who know about music will think that you are not so smart.

  • @TSTBand eh, i know but i am also a classical musician and i have heard about 50 different interpretations of this piece and i still believe this is among the best if not the best one for me. of course it is impossible to achieve perfection in any case, but that's just my opinion on this piece. don't worry i don't seriously believe and project that my say is the final say in cases like these. its for everyone's own self to decide, regarding individual musical compositions.

  • @TrashMetal25 You know, sometimes rock band fanboyism can be taken too far...listen to the man's advice and stop embarassing yourself.

  • @MrVicioussss well judging by the thumbs up on my comment, you are the only one embarrassing yourself :) it seems you are narrow minded and seem to have this fixed idea and also feel you have the right to judge and label me as a "rock band fanboy" which in reality i am nowhere close, but it seems you have your mind set on that. but please. continue commenting, seeing as you have nothing better to do, i will enjoy your bickering and empty minded comments and laugh at them :)

  • @TrashMetal25 So your argument is that 11 monkeys clicking the thumbs up button can't be wrong? I must have missed that as a valid argument in my Logic class.

  • @MrVicioussss well so far you havent made a valid argument yourself have you :) didnt think so. until you decide to, 11 monkeys seems to be better then your absolute zero validity, idea, or even general sense or solid proof whatsoever which you have put into your argument thus far. you must have missed alot of your common sense class ;) dont start a war when youve got no bullets or a weapon mate.

  • @TrashMetal25 I know that no self-respecting classical musician would call this composition a song.

  • @TrashMetal25

The point he's making is, the people liking your comment are not representative for good taste.

The majority of youtubers don't know wack about music. I suspect the people that liked your comment are just fans of muse who think matt is the most talented musician ever, which he most certainly is not.

I don't mean to offend in any way and I don't want to get involved in discussions about anyone's musical preferences but I wanted to make this clearer.

(excuse me for my bad english)

  • @kareljuwet oh i know that, which is why i tried to convince him to make a valid argument against what i said, and has yet to directly give reasons and facts to support his argument, thats why i continued,

  • @TrashMetal25 He's not better than Ashkenazy, Zimerman etc. That's just a fact. He's good, but let's put things in perspective.

  • @TSTBand agree man

  • @TSTBand I agree with TrashMetal25: I like this performance more than all of the "classical masters's" ones, although I am not a fan or something. It just appeals me more than . Too bad it's not the whole piece, I'd like to hear it. The only one who plays this picece better than Matthew Bellamy is me ;)

  • @TSTBand Yes my friend, you says Matt is not such great like other classical pianists, but i tell you something...Matt isn't a classical pianist! he is a complete musician but all those "classical pianist" never could sing like Matt, play guitar like Matt, compose a song like Matt, and maybe all classical pianists play the piano better than him, but they never been such as complete like Matt, and cheers for you for be an classical musician, theres nothing better!!!

    Excuse my english!

  • @davidlara10 I agree with you about it, he is a complete musician, no doubt about it, unless in the popular music that many personas have access to he and his music, i say this cause they are so much talents around that doens't have the change to go so far to be famous like Matt but they are between us and have so much talent that one say "this guy shall be famous" but the lucky of everyone are different in this aspect. Matt is a complete musician of course he is.

    Cheers!

  • @TSTBand i completely agree, matt is one of the very few popular musicians with real raw talent, hes a lucky one.

  • @TrashMetal25 he's hardly "lucky" he most probably practiced for hours on end to achieve his skill

  • @ZoardFilms oh theres no denying that, but think of the millions of musicians who are just as good, practiced just as much, but never got signed or promoted? thats what i mean by lucky. hes one of the few who managed to get into the system and generate honest profit by playing good music.

  • @TSTBand Yes your right I'm also an classic piano player.. I like the orignal one more... I dont know muse at all

  • @TSTBand i agree with 85% of what you said, however there are like 100's of versions of this as every pianst has played this once in his/her life. That said everybody has their favourite version's (this being mine, of the 10 others i've listened to thus far that I can find on youtube) But to think he is this gifted playing mulitple instruments including his voice, he might be one of the best musicans of all time, so he should deserve some credit.

  • @TSTBand i agree with 85% with you, that said, there are 100's of versions of the peice as every pianst has played this at least once in his/her life. everybody has their fav's (this being mine of the 10-15 i have heard over radio, youtube etc). But to think that matt is this gifted with multiple instruments, he has to be one of the greatest musicians of all time.

  • @TSTBand but can any of them play guitar like he can as well? legend

  • @Bunna08 Good question, we never known i think, cause they are all dead. But we are gonna known the true talent of Matt when we see him playing an acoustic guitar and not his Manson cause it have too many effects who camuflage is true talent, anyone can put his finger on the kaoss pad and make crazy sounds, i am not saying that he isn't good on the guitar, i just say that we are gonna known is true talent when we see him playing a guitar like anyone else without soo much distortion and effects.

  • @TSTBand I very much so respect your opinion as I am a classical pianist and guitarist as well. But after watching this man play La Campanella perfectly, my opinion is set on him being one of the greatest, if not the single greatest, pianists of at least our time. Along with Yundi Li who also played La Campanella perfectly.

  • Comment removed

  • @kathie0823 Exactly - I'm 13 and I'm learning this on piano. I also know that the original is by Chopin. Without this or Muse, I would probably be a belieber. I consider myself lucky xD

  • This is my favorite piano piece in the world, and I like that Matt Bellamy used this in a song, because it brings an appreciation of classical music to a younger generation. Kids are now downloading this piece. It's genius!

  • I was hesitant at first to listen to this, with the changes he made, I was very standoff-ish. I love Muse, and I love Chopin dearly. However, after listening to this, I was amazed! It made me realize that in the 15 years that I have been playing classical music, that is it alright to alter it. Music is not an exact science. It is ment to be interpreted by every listener differently.

  • It makes me sad that people are trying to find whether this or that artist, living or dead, is better than the other. I don't ask myself questions and don't even care about who's the best between Chopin and Bellamy or whatever. Every artist is unique, so why don't you just stop making everything complicated and just enjoy the music you like. Music is not money and music is not a competition either. Music is not showing off, it's art and emotion. It is its own goal. :)

  • If you would look at the cd, you would see:

'United States of Euresia', from 4: 21 - 4: 56 features Frédéric Chopin's 'Nocturne in E flat major', performed by M. Bellamy.

    I think that's pretty clear.

  • @AniekM you mean EURASIA hahahahahaha

  • @oceanlite06

well they never said it was their own creation, but the title of the track on the album is United States of Eurasia/Collateral Damage and doesn't reference the Nocturne. I took it as lying through omission of the truth, since people unfamiliar with the piece wouldn't recognize it by sound or by track title and very few people that I know read the fine print in the back of album booklets. But yeah they never claimed any ownership or whatever, as far as I know

  • long story short, Natalie Portman is not greater than Tchiakovsky for having resurrecting his Swan Lake into the spotlight of what's popular (movie "Black Swan"). The two cannot be compared because one is a performer and the other is a composer, and a dead one at that. Muse simply recorded a nice rendition of Chopin.

  • United States OF Eaurasia is a good song with this

  • mozart put a spin on twinkle twinkle little star, so get it up you you bunch if moaning cunts

  • I respect Chopin and his musical intelligence but to me Matt is our time'S modern Chopin

  • @arethnea

Matthew Bellamy's not the modern Chopin. Chris Martin of Coldplay is not Mozart as he told the Daily Star in an interview. The reason for this is that these two individuals have producers that help them string together short sequences of chords that sound nice (anyone with a piano can play Clocks), or in Muse's case they literally perform classics and pass them off as their own. Generational pop. Tomorrow's Joe Shmoe will play chopin again and be the next modern genius.

  • @seanpatrick313 When did Matt Bellamy or Muse ever try to pass this Chopin piece off as their creation?

  • Honestly everybody... Stop flipping out over Matt altering the song. The original is beautiful, and Matt put an interesting spin on it. Just enjoy the music, and stop worrying about whether it was written in the 19th or 21st century.

  • Listen to it adding watch?v=AYw7eJYadco.

    Beautiful.

  • Chopin is a pure Genius and Matt bellamy too !

  • Polacy łapa w górę

  • all that matters is that it is AMAZING

  • @ahein8989 And guess what, Matt isn't a classical pianist. So your opinion is void.

  • for heavens sake this is just his interpretation of the music, i've played it too and it was totally different, if you like it or not its your business it doesnt mean its awfull. he's a great piano player and i love the way he plays this, so softly and cooly. this is a beautiful way of how this nocturnal should be played.

    love you matthew :D always

  • dudedudedude obviously matt bellamy is god and the greatest musician of all time, but perfecting works of chopin is impossible

  • 6 people suck eggs

  • very nice...

  • Artcore?

  • This is a lovely interpretation. definitely re-invents the work.

  • Re: Comments above:

    Artcore.

  • I was just thinking that this is too slow - but then the strings came in and it was lovely.

  • I wonder why people compare this to the "original version", since most of this IS the original, with backing tracks added on. I thought it was pretty interesting until 0:44, where the banal synthetic-like string accompaniment comes in and stays for too long. I think he retained TOO MUCH of the original, which makes a person who is familiar with it unable to disassociate from the quality of the original (which is really damn beautiful anyway). I was hoping for a more desolate, haunting sound...

  • @physphilmusic I thought it had more to do with irony than actual haunting.

  • who can NOT like this????? it's *divine!*

  • The multi talented Matt Bellamy!

    Long may Muse continue.

  • i would love to hear a conversation between Chopin and Matt, the past and the future, the classic and the innovative, the master and the apprentice...

  • Awesome!!!

  • Sugoi! Haha, I've loved Chopin's work ever since playing Eternal Sonata (Or Trusty Bell - Whatever floats your boat). Matt Bellamy did it really well :D

  • Blasphmey! Altering Chopin! J/K.... to the kids who like the piano part in this song, listen to the original nocturne in its entirety and unlatered. It really is a beautiful piece of music by itself, without Muse. In Fact all of Chopin's Nocturnes are beautiful. I'd recommend listening to Artur Rubinstein.

  • @mike92980 I know what you are saying about how this is an altered version of the origional, but you cannot deny that this is a great version none the less.

  • @12308madman

I'm a purist at heart when it comes to my beloved classical music, I perfer performances to remain as faithful to the score as possible. True there is always Interpretation involved when playing classical music and you can argue this is Matt's interpretation on the nocturne, but I believe interpretation in classical music should be regulated to phrasing, tempo, dynamics, etc. not changing the original score. Not trying to be a music Nazi or anything that's just my preference.

  • @mike92980 A music Nazi? what the you mean?

  • @mike92980 Of course it is a great piece itself, but the question you should ask yourself is, isn't it a good completion to "united states of eurasia" and a good bridge to "guiding light" in the way it is played by Muse? In my opinion the fact, that they put it on an album that is more or less filled with rock music even shows their respect for Chopin.

  • @anonymusich

Wow I totally forgot about this post. lol. I was kidding about the Blasphmey part. I'm actually a pretty big Muse fan and think they are the best band out there right now. I thought Matthew Bellamy incorporated the nocturne into his song really well. I was merely suggesting that if people enjoyed this version should explore the nocturnes in its original form the way Chopin wrote it.

  • @mike92980

I don't think it's per se a bad thing to alter it or to use it their songs. I was already familiar with this tune, but after hearing this my interest was sparked again and I'm currently practicing the piece on piano because of that. I do get your point, though.

  • @everyone

how the fuck did you get to talking about gay ass metal. you're all faggots.

  • wtf is that background noise behind it. sorry but dont rape this song with airplanes sound !

  • @RemovdSande11 All he did is make it more his own, calm down

  • why is matt such a beast?

  • In this work Chopin describes all his feelings about home located in Poland . His thoughts and longing are addressed to the Poles who fought for freedom 1835-1846. Great Job

  • How did a metalcore argument come out of Matt Bellamy playing a classical song? O.o

Calm down, people, music is music... To each their own.

  • @HecticVirus334 Thank you for saying that!! Isn´t the great thing about music to be free? In the way of playing. How hard you hit the key or how long you play a note??

In my opinion that´s the best thing and one of the "freest" things in our world. So pls let music be so beautifully and stop arguementing about who´s playing it better?!!

    Thanks for reading!

    Nice day!!

  • I heard this on Muse's c.d. and wanted to hear the real thing. I found myself coming back to this one though because I thought the piece is more mesmerizing the way Matthew plays it slowly. This one brings out more emotion from me. But thats whats so lovely about music;in the end its in the ear of the beholder haha

  • god will people stop critisizing Matt's playing? he plays it beautifully. people should be happy he even included this nocturne into his songs because nowadays, people don't listen to classical music as much! -_-

  • kinda boringly played, very little emotion. Maybe that's why he's in a band and not a solo pianist

  • @drakan80 Woah, I find that sort of insulting. It's almost as if you're saying that people in bands are inferior to solo pianists (or classical musicians for that matter). I respect your opinion on this piece (although I kinda like Bellamy's interpretation of the song). Anyway, I doubt people, or at least true Muse fans (beginning with Showbiz/Origin of Symmetry), bought his albums due to "stupid popularity". The man can really write music, and I think he deserves a little more credit than that.

  • @4nthos I definitely didn't mean that keyboardists in bands are worse. This piece, however, is a solo piece, and he doesn't do it justice. Check out a true rock star on the keyboards, Emerson

  • matt bellamy is one of those people who manages to make everything he plays sound beautiful whether its chopin, the kickass riff from knights of cydonia or even the alien like screams in his songs. pure genius

  • I love this guy, i wanttogive him a kiss in the .l.

  • guys, shut up and press "replay" :)

  • One of my favorite classical pieces and when I heard it on the album, I almost died.

  • @SotterrateviTutti chopin isn't shit you dumb fuck. you should bow down before him before trying to look cool. tsss uneducated people...

  • @SenoraFabregas screw you, chopin isn't shit i love chopin, THIS SONG is shit.

    Idiot.

  • @SotterrateviTutti this part IS chopin...

  • @SenoraFabregas I know this is op.9n.2 dumbass, but he play this so horrible with lame effects, this is not classical music, it's only shit.

  • @SotterrateviTutti ahem i'm not a 'dumbass' if i know this music ¬_¬ and it's only his interpretation. it doesn't give you the right to say that it's shit. people should be happy that he's including this music in there because honestly, nowadays people don't listen to classical music as much.

now if you'l excuse me, I don't wanna argue anymore.

  • @SenoraFabregas "nowadays people don't listen to classical music as much" yea, nowadays they listen shitty music like Muse

  • @SotterrateviTutti excuse me? is muse as shitty as stuff like Flo Rida? or Eminem? at least they have some point and feeling in their music and don't constantly just rap about 'personal problems' and clubs and asses. and it's REALLY disrespectful to insult Muse on their own video here with fans and stuff. come on! don't you have something better to do than hate on them???

  • @SotterrateviTutti

    Fuck off, troll.

  • @SotterrateviTutti I suggest you go watch a different video rather than piss everyone else off.

  • It would have been comparable to Maksim's playing if he played the whole thing. Nice improv and everything but the whole piece wasn't played. That makes me sad. :(

  • My personal opinion is that he plays it very well, so I don't understand why all the criticism. He may not be a 'classical' pianist, but it's quite apparent that he's been classically trained, besides anyone who promotes classical music in a respectful manner (i.e. without bastardizing it like some have) should be praised and encouraged.

  • he did not perfect this.
