For all those who are unaware of it, this baby is suffering a severe case of Hydrocephalus. Commonly known as "Water on the Brain," this condition involves a massive build up of fluid inside of the ventricles of the brain.
This causes immense pressure on the head which; in this case, causes the eyes to bulge (depending on the severity.) I know only a little but I too have had Hydrocephalus for 25 years of my life.
So with that all in mind, think twice before saying anything offensive here

I'm not trying to be racist or anything because i have TONS of friends of different races but I'm honestly starting to notice that only Caucasians get these strange diseases.... like has anyone ever heard of or seen an African American with these 'rare diseases'? I mean, yea it happens to them too but i mainly see it in Caucasians =/ No offense, to ANYONE.

@LordProteus I feel the same way ! I feel really bad for it . I mean I guess if thats the only thing wrong with it and its healthy beside that then I wouldnt . But I think it would still have a very tough life . =(

i don't want to be cruel but that child has no quality of life, it should be put out of it's misery. this is why i'm for leagalising euthanasisa. we put animals out of pain we should do the same for people.
