I live in the US. I modified my header with a UK IP address. Sad to say this fix did not work for BBC iplayer TV clips. The site still tells me that the videos are "Not available in your area." Any further advice. I'd like to see some of they do over there.

For those trying to use the addon:

1. In Firefox click on tools, Addons, & Get Addons

2. Type Adblock in the search.

3. Install Adblock, & restart Firefox.

4. You will see a red stop sign with ABP on your browsers toolbar. Click on it & choose preferences, click on Filters, & then click on add filter subscription, choose one, & add filter subscription. It should start working immediately. No more ads while surfing.

Have you tried to use the adblock addon in Firefox? It takes adds off of websites like yahoo mail for example, & is supposed to remove the ads from Hulu. I got it working on a Windows 7 machine, but on my XP machine it doesn't seem to block the ads. When I use it on My windows 7 machine it does not skip the 1st Ad, but after that it just keeps playing, & you can skip forward or back in the show, & still no ads. Awesome. You should update this video to include a how to on this.

@wutjusthapened Proxys wont work with Hulu. You will get a message that you are trying to visit Hulu outside of the States using a proxy and thats all. If you use a private proxy there is a chance you can use but not not public ones and the private ones cost :(

The message is smth like this "You are trying to access Hulu.com from outside the USA with a proxy. Unfortunately Hulu work only in the states at the moment". The only solutin is to buy a friggin account for a proxy but I'd rather torrent the shows then pay for them.
