Eg: Halo, Biko is a reminiscence of silent alarm with its more grittier indie tune, while songs like Zepherus, trojan horse, etc reflect AWITC.
its not that i hate intimacy, its just that i think that its not as good. and plus i think there is way to much jacknife lee in the production even if they did with epstein as well, its way overproduced. halo for example is a pretty good song but the sound is messy because of the production...dont know, i liked the raw sound of the guityars much better. and what i wont support is things like mercury....my god.

this song has a certain transcendence to it, bloc party are evolving almost every time I hear another song. Bloc Party are one of my all time favorite bands.
I prefer all another weekend in the city to the official relase and i prefer the less popular silent alarm b sides / demos to the new album. I love songs like this one and storm and stress and skeleton.

there is an unofficial b-side album called "another weekend in the city" with most of the b-side tracks made during the 2nd album (Cavaliers and Roundheads and flux arent included though). google it and download it
