There are quite a few songs I had forgotten about & several I found anew. Their contribution to several generations of music is vast and varied and thanks to technology it will not be lost. One rush hour day,I was driving my van down 3rd avenue when I spotted Nick and Val walking down the avenue.They must have thought I was crazy because I jumped out of that truck to greet those beautiful people.They were so warm and sweet that not only did they give me their autographs which Val wrote " To Tony "Solid",but we actually sang a verse of "Solid as a rock" together.I will never forget you Nick and Val,you can tell it's me from the tracks of my tears.

I took my 9 year old daughter to see this amazing couple when they performed in Boston's Strand Theatre, we were so privileged to have seen them. I always thought of them as one of the worlds most iconic couples. I felt like their love was so powerful & strong... and to lose a soul mate has to be one of the most painful feelings. I saw this show. It was aired on PBS television. I recorded my favorite songs on my DISH network DVR. When I cancelled DISH I lost my recordings. Now I wish I had copied them on videotape. Hopefully, PBS will re-air this special. BTW "Solid" has always been my favorite song, period.
