His tricks on snow are getting so stale and sloppy. He just can't do the new generation of big tricks with style. His skating however is getting better by the year.
At pipe he is technically perfect at old tricks. 900's are so stock for pros it's crazy. Shaun's 1080's look bad. And in the park his spins over 900 look like crap too. He seemed to have put his focus on skating, which is cool. But he just isn't a progression factor in snowboarding.
i think his 10s are tight, and yeah he lacks at park, but you cant fault him for what he is, and thats a pipe competition rider, and his consistency is unbeatable.

No you crack- he didn't officially land it in competition- Sandro Dias was the first to land it in competition. Tony Hawk was simply the first to land it. Actually almost 5 years earlier Danny Way landed it but fell off a bit later. - Learn your facts dude.
First in competition anyways. Also, first to ride off from it says Danny Way (actual first to land it). I only know of two other people, besides them, to pull it off. And only one of them did in competition (Dias). I sometimes wonder why White doesn't try adding this trick before 1080 attempts.

shaun white kicks ass snowboard n skateboard. tony hawk tried the 900 for 13 years and he messed up cartilage in his knee and really messed up his back too. also in the x games he tried the 900 through most of the best trick comp and when he landed it the time of the competition was already over.
