@smackman0 the excact same thing happened to me here let me sxplain. if you beat 4 courses all from a different cup it doesnt count. if you beat an entire cup, all 4 ghosts on time trails, thats 4 expert ghost staff data thingys, get what im saying?

@justin212343 go to time trials, and beat the opponent ghost (not your ghost). example, you choose opponent ghost on luigi cicruit. you need to beat him/her about 4 second difference. if you beat him/her, check the opponent ghost on luigi circuit. and the opponent will get different time, it's faster than you (it's called expert staff ghost data). all you need to do is just UNLOCK the expert staff ghost data. no need to BEAT him/her.

you dont unlock expert staff, you do Ghosts, on the mario kart channel. if you get a better time than your oppenent then you create a "Expert Staff" if you dont win, then you try to win the next time.

For Rosalina, they don't have to be Grand Prix races with the SMG save file. Play 50 races, and those races can be any kind of race like VS racing.
