Ok i have another question. I buy from amazon.com for most of my products. Most items are in bulk for ex: they sell a item at 6 items at $25. It is order in that fashion. How should i enter my inventory?

Sales Receipts would work fine. If I wanted to track the shipping I would add it as a Service "ITEM" . Tracking the inventory and ordering items can work well if you make it a double sided item then you can buy and sell the same item. I just made a 2 part video about this Dec 16th, the title is something about job costing and credit cards. I will get the name and post it.

Please I need help! I'm currently using quickbook pro 2004 for wholesale. I will be getting a new computer and the new quickbook pro 2010. I want to know if there is a way to move all the items(inventory) from my current quickbook 2004 into the new quickbook 2010. I dont want to typing all the items into the new computer/new quickbook.

@mishaneedshelp You can export your list to Excel and import it into the new Quickbooks-However you should get QuickBooks2012 has new inventory features that are really useful.

The qb help menu addresses it-

how to:export inventory list to excel email it to yourself or put on a flash drive or disc to upload it into your new computer.your new computer
