Poor acting aside, I think this short does a good job in showing the psychological affects that the underground process has on those who are going through it. As you grow older and mature you return to the aims and ideals of what attracted you to the organization in the first place. I wish the film had time to touch on that aspect.

wow... interesting take on "pledging". I have to agree with the fact that there is a difference between pledging and hazing. The lines get blurred sometimes. And the organizations which are great in themselves are being penalized because folks didnt know the difference between pledging and hazing.

There is a difference to me in Pledging vs Hazing, and these days, some greek organizations do not know how to pledge someone, so they just haze them, and the downward trend keeps unfolding. Really, this was a well made short film. I'm not a film student, but the plot made sense. I am a member of Delta Sigma Theta and I appreciate the point of view of the film. I'm not saying that I am condoning hazing, but no matter which way we all twist it... It does happen and it needs to stop. Continue making films, you have a great eye for it.
