i love this bit of the route! but i always fall off the split log runway. any tips for staying on? coz ive done some pretty nasty faceplants on there!

found it yesterday, was pretty fun, but the rest of the route is a bit boring, are there any other good bits tht arent marked with red posts??

Yes there is quite a bit but you have to look for it, basically if you spot an opening in the trees dive in and have a look there are many hidden gems lurking about! TBH, the forest does not have as many good trails as it used to....overuse and harvesting have seen most of them disappear. TIMBER are working hard with the FC to put this right. It may take a while cos there is a lot of ground to cover but things should improve!

Yes, it is part of the red route....just follow the signs....it is quite near the beginning, in fact very close to High Lodge.
The next new section (39 Steps)...also on the red route, is practically finished and will be even better.
