The Bible says that that person was amongs the Apostle, but it did not say that that person was an apostle, but the Bible does make clear who was chosen by God to be an Apostle and there are no more. An Apostle is a person who has witness the death, and the rising, and seen Jesus for himself.

God's word also says to it is better to obey than to sacrfice. Preaching is not thee only way people are saved.
