Are the commentators blind? First they claim that the refs weren't giving Puoliot a penalty for his hit, and when they in fact did give him penalty, they claimed that the ref didn't have his arm up. You can see clearly from the video that instantly after the hit, ref raises his arm.

Im a huge bruins fan, but this guy edwards takes being a homer to a new level. he says ridiculous shit most of the time but aside from the bias, hes a good sportscaster cuz he keeps everyone on their toes and keeps the game exciting with his antics. whenever the bruins score a big goal, i always wanna hear his call cuz: a.) its gonna get me pumped or b.) im gonna laugh my ass off.Yes hes as biased as they come, but i enjoy is overeacted calls.

Edwards was absolutely right about the Canadiens trying to nurse ridiculous penalty calls by diving all over the ice. It has gotten them very far in the past, and now their fans expect soft calls every time someone touches a player from Les Fabricants. They cheapen the game with their continual diving.

@Texbrocko26 Some of us don't have that luxury unfortunately. I'm a Habs fan currently living in the UK and can only watch the channels that ESPN 360 allows me to watch. Jack Edwards' comments were completely unprofessional and it isn't really his place to make such comments. He should call the game as it is without the need to express his opinion. Even though I dislike Chara for what he did to Pacioretty, never would I wish any announcer to say harsh words on live TV about him.

We hate the fans and everything they stand for (booing the national anthem, calling the police about a Hockey game etc) more than the actual team. Of course flopping around the ice begging for penalties doesn't help.

Are the commentators blind? First they claim that the refs weren't giving Puoliot a penalty for his hit, and when they in fact did give him penalty, they claimed that the ref didn't have his arm up. You can see clearly from the video that instantly after the hit, ref raises his arm.
