It's the new Jazwares 5 inch Sonic figure. There is also a Sonic and the Black Knight version of it with a sword and gauntlet. You can find both versions of it at Toys R Us.

I use the Black Knight version in my Sonic Adventure Shorts. I love these Jazwares figures so far. Can't wait to get my hands on those 3 inch figures.
