    the

    fucking

    intro

  • So the Geneva convention is in order, first order of business we have many complaints that some guns are too OP. We have decided to nerf them completely, also spawn camping is for noobs and will be punished by death.

  • i now know what charlie was babbling bout

  • @MCBigTimeProductions the audio? Sorry, I can't fix it anymore, I need a new copy of FCP

  • I had my speakers all the way up and that "SCHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!" scared the living crap out of me

  • Not sure why removed didnt think was offensive. I was a member of the Red Cross local rescue team for 10 years until I realised that its all politics. What we all have to realise is that its every man for himself, if you happen to be the weaker tribe you will die if you stronger you will kill. Human nature 2000 years of history will prove that and our pacts and conventions are worth nothing, we kill cause we love to kill and there is money to be made by killing

  • @devesdadrunk sadly, you are right. And Sadly many Big Nation don't care about the Geneva Convention even if they signed. But still an important thing have so in some way or another the barbaric of war could be reduce

  • Geneva conventions are reserve for the Superior white race, while the inferior colored race are not eligible to it.

  • @phadil please. it's imperative to THINK before putting a comment. Thank you.

  • @YagoOrwell really? my comment this was base on latest observation thank you.

  • Comment removed

  • @YagoOrwell In a way he is right, the "Superior white race" controls the media who control what we see, and to a degree what our opinion is. Be honest here and ask yourself, would the Guantanamo Bay and Abu Ghraib issues have come to anything if the media never heard of them?War crimes are commited by EVERY army and they are condoned unless word reaches the outside world where they are glossed over by the more powerful army and emphasised against the weaker army (world media opinionwise i mean)

  • @devesdadrunk Why your comment was removed? Anyway. The Geneva convention has nothing to do with Superior or Inferior Race. The Main Ideas of the Geneva Convention is easy the pain of war and to back up the work of the Red Cross /Red Crescent Humanitarian. They don't represent a class, a race or nationality, but humanity as a whole. And they don't have a way to do their work if a nation don't want to. That's why there are International Protocols and War Crimes. No matter who does it or not.

  • Charlie Sheen sent me here.

  • War is the dirtiest thing on the planet, and when the shit hits the fan, EVERY country is going to break the 'law', thinking that you can police war is stupid. And some of the laws make no sense, like shooting someone with a .50 cal. is inhumane, they die faster than if they were shot with a regular round.

  • There is actual BRAINS behind these people! Not like that mindless, corporate phony Justin Bieber! These guys are solving the world's problems, and Bieber probably can't even spell his own name! Now if the Convention could just solve that other little problem I was talking about...wink..wink....

  • @Davis08888 What People and What Problems? Justin Beiber is just a tool of distraction (entertainment) while those "People" (Corporations are not people even though the Law treats them as so) resolved the "problems" they have to earn more and more money at other people lives.

We are seeing the end of nations, and the birth of Corporations as Nations. Wars are fought by Corporations, not by nations anymore, and the reasons for those wars are the needs of these Corporate Nation.

  • holy shit the beginning scared the shit out of me !!!!

  • I can't believe that the US broke the Geneva Convention during WWII when we bombed Japan.

  • @coup8585 Sadly, everyone violated the Convention. That's why the Geneva Convention was fixed, expanded and ratify for mostly all the countries. This Convention the base to build the UN.

WWII was the first war were Civilians died in the amount it did, and everyone was directly affected by this war. Society changed dramatically, and we became more conscious of each other. The sad part is that we are forgetting the lesson or just ignoring it.

  • not many people know that red cross medics are supposed to be considered neutral in a war and have the resonsibility to heal any soldier, not just their own.

  • My speakers were turned all the way up before i clicked this video! Scared me...

  • The Geneva Conventions are total folly. At least it should be conditional, if not done away with. Wars are not to cleaned, but avoided as much as possible..

  • Suppously the Haya Court the number one reason of the Geneva Convention is to allow the Red Cross, Red Crescent and other humanitarian organizations do their work in areas of war and conflict to minimize the suffering of people not taking part in the conflict.

Those that have been proff of Violating the Convention have being persecuted like those Generals from Serbia, Croatia and Bosnia after the Yugoslavia Civil War. They have being persecuted in the Haya.

  • @YagoOrwell TANK YOU.

  • As symbolically creative as the bubbles are they are to distractive and I had to stop reading several times as I could not probably view the letters.

  • Since there appears to be world support for the Geneva Conventions and rogue states like the US existing simultaneously, what enforcement instruments are in place to direct or eventually punish or force these rogue states into adherence?

  • it only does not apply to America! Becouse there is no civilian victim in their vocabulary...only collateral damage! Shame!!!

  • @81Natasa Well, the main reason why the Geneva Convention exist is to protect those that are not taking part in the fight anymore or at all. So this is really important for POW and wounded soldiers, as well as those in a shipwreck. So yes, it directly affect United States Soldiers, more when they became prisoner or wounded.

Thank you for your comment Natasa

  • @YagoOrwell I was talking about civilians...who were victims of America, and they count millions. And what about usage of DU?

  • @Natasha

It does more than anyone And our troops trying to maintain peace are getting killed because of INNOCENT CIVILIANS, otherwise the do hard time in Ft. Leavenworth. Do your damn research better.

  • @81Natasa Because bomb strikes aimed at terrorist leaders are totally aimed at civilians right?

You know, all you liberals think your so smart, making up shit, then making some book to give your ass american money because you cant make up to have a job in the real world, you just complain like babies. All of you should have your hair cut off and sent into Iraq with Bolt action rifles. See if you just go hug terrorists or shoot them when their shooting at you.

  • @Kaos582 i consider myself a liberal over conservative, but i pretty much stopped caring and paying attention to politics and that shit, but totally agree with you.

natasa is just a dumbass. period

  • @81Natasa your from finland. your opinion on this war doesnt matter.

  • @CrimsonOmen407 there is no logic in your statement.

I am not from Finland, and I don`t see how is relevant where I am from, because I was talking about Geneva Convention.

  • @81Natasa so i guess your profile lied to me huh.

well by the way you talk, your not from america, you say "their vocabulary" instead of our.

so your opinion on the WAR is of no importance.

maybe you should read my comment again. i said war. not the geneva convention.

    learn english

  • @CrimsonOmen407The only thing on my profile related with Finland is Sibelius Academy of Helsinki video.

I repeat - I was talking about GENEVA CONVENTION, and it is impossible to talk about it out of context of war...so let me put that this way to you, I was not talking about war, I was talking about Geneva Convention.

Your constatation about me not being American is correct.

And yes, English is not my native language.

And, if you don`t have arguments...don`t talk to me.

  • @81Natasa your coment was "it only does not apply to America! Becouse there is no civilian victim in their vocabulary...only collateral damage! Shame!!!"

    thats not about the convention.

thats about how you think our soldiers operate in foreign countries.

and in case you didnt know, the majority of the fighing in Iraq and Afganistan is quite dead. there hasnt been a major conflict in quite a while.

so i say to you agiain. Your opinion of a war your not part of. does not matter.

  • Comment removed

  • @CrimsonOmen407Well,My opinion is based on war I was part of,and thanks to those who you support now,my country is contaminated with Depleted Uranium, thousands of death, unstable situation in region because Us Army helped Radical Islamists create another Muslim country in Europe. Not just by helping them with money and weapons, but with burning to the ground hundred of Christian churches, some of them dated from 14th century. So all that hypocritical statemens"fight agains terrorism"are disgusting

  • @81Natasa wars hell aint it?

  • @CrimsonOmen407 I sow your profile...I should have known. "what is a book" , you shouldn`t write that...your condition is obvious.

  • @81Natasa english.

    your doing it wrong.

  • @81Natasa YES, the DU should be band as well as the Anti-Personal Mines and the Cluster Bomb. I can deduct that you have lived the war on Kosovo or Iraq. DU as those weapons I mention have long life damaging and killing ppl, long after the end of the war. The problem goes to the MIC of many countries.

2 countries didn't signed the Anti-personal mines treaty because they are the major producers of it, China and the U.S.

    It need to be stop.

  • @YagoOrwell Unfortunately...Veto power, keeping their citizens uneducated and ignorant, and invented "fight against terrorism" are blocking justice and allows USA to kill innocent all over planet, without bearing the consequences for crimes against humanity So, exposing the truth that I know, and you know...can`t fight that Veto power.

    .

I was not in Kosovo and Iraq, but in Serbia and Bosnia...both contaminated with DU, by USA.

  • @81Natasa what crimes against humanity ???? most of the times the us get involved is cause ,whos ever government request it.

  • @kevinyuni Crimes like bombing market in center of Town, in the middle of Sunday with cluster bombs, throwing Depleted Uranium on civilians, Bombing Hospitals where new born babies are, Tv stations..pure act of terrorism.

And do you really belive that they would spend BILLIONS of dollars on some wars, while American economy is collapsing.

And how would you explain fact that they always defend Oil territories. Give me one example of their war, where that factor, Oil, can be easily eliminated.

  • @81Natasa you blame the U.S for some of this terrorism BUT the us only sell the bomb,landmines,etc... its their own government who uses them on their own people.... you are right our economy is fuck up cause of this stupid war for ( oil ) and trying to free people that dont want to be free......in mi opinion let them blow each other up.

  • @kevinyuni oh but you are so wrong. From personal experience, bombing of Yugoslavia back in `99 - markets in the middle of the day, hospitals, tv stations, civilian parts of cities, Du and cluster bombs - bombed by Us Army, not by weapons bought from Us Army, but BY US ARMY - illegal under international law (usage of cluster bombs and Depleted uranium weapons almost entirely on civilian targets - and even today, we feel Depleted Uranium in what we eat and drink, in cancer, death born, deformed)

  • @81Natasa are you sure that it was the U.S that did that , BUT its not illegal to use those kind of weapons on military targets BUT it is if use on civilians....did any body video taped it ??? look natasa a lot of the fault falls in the governments for allowing foreign forces to interfere in their affairs.

  • @kevinyuni /watch?v=dsbwAoo32zg one of mine videos...there are others...so.

  • @kevinyuni @kevinyuni sadly in Yugoslavia everybody violated the Geneva Convention.

The use of Cluster Bombs and Depleted Uranium are not part of the Geneva Convention, unless are used indiscriminately against Civilian Population. The same issue with the White Phosphorus used by Israel in dense populated cities. There is an intention to ban them but happens the same Anti Personal Mines, the 2 major producers of APM are against the ban (US and China).

  • @YagoOrwell keep in mind killing people is a good business

  • @81Natasa why did nato attacked ??? was the us airforce directly involved ??? sadly in any military aggresion civilians will die ,usually they are the first casualties.

  • @CrimsonOmen407 From the perspective of common sense, there should be NO responsibility exceptions and exceptions in bear the consequences for violating the Geneva Conventions. You will agree that bombing of civilians with cluster bombs and DU weapons is braking of Geneva Conventions, right?

  • Geneva Convention is a big shield for terrorists. The Talibans can behead POW's while on the other hand we give them Health Care ang Green Cards. Wow! That's cool. We throw them bread they throw grenades. Nice.

  • @james1227 Anybody that Violates de G. Convention will face a international Trail, as in Rhuanda and Bosnia. It's precisely this legal frame that allows the International Community to process those that commits Crimes. Common Article 3 talks of guerilla warfare and internal conflicts. Those responsible 4r crimes will be persecuted. I don't understand why people 've been manipulated it by privates agendas of previous Governments and thin the G. Convention as well as The UN works against the US ?

  • @james1227 u r so ignorant. there is nothing more to say

  • @james1227 AMEN!!!! See SAVAGE C on facebook

  • The TV static at the beginning of this is so loud that I jumped....Don't use that again.

  • hi can i use this as part of a school project please

  • @TrickyDicky89 ABSOLUTLY I'm glad that you consider using my video to educate an expand the principles of Humanitarian Relieve no matter what side are we talking about. At the end, this is the only way to make consiece the we all are humans, no matter what side or what ideology, Everyone should remember that the Geneva Conventio alos protects US soldiers and Civilians.

Don't forget to say the name of the creator ;OD

  • Great video! Thank you very much.

  • Geneva convention's great as long as both sides abide by its laws but if that is not the case screw it hundreds of Americans mights still be alive if it wernt for this piece of shit and stupid rules of engagement

  • First Things First.

    Read Common Article 3.

Second, the Geneva Convention Protects wounded and POW American Soldiers,

Third, Sept. 11 was a direct consequences of more than 60 years of US mess in the middle east. It's call Blowback, read and learn your history.

Forth, those that didn't respect the Convention are accountable for it. Including Bin Laden.

Fifth, the US Government has signed it, so it should respected, not manipulating to its needs.

  • I'm impressed! However, it was a bit tough to read the white text on that orange background during some parts.

  • Thanks for sharing this video! Very informative.
