I find it really interesting when guys like you who have only dreamed of being firefighters find yourselves able to criticize the work of others. Surrey may not be Detroit but from my experience that is a pretty good thing. When you find yourself on a truck and not behind a camera then maybe your opinions will hold some water. . I love how the guys with all the answers have never done the work. Stay in Surrey, Detroit doesn't want you back.

@MrProfire LOL I was there too didn't see you. The crew didn't run a hydrant to the truck they instead filled up the truck then attacked then attacked again. They used foam and there was no structures at risk so i guess it all played out alright.

Gotta love a nice Magnesium fed fire.. I will saw those fires are a pain to put out.. You need to just put a straight stream directly in and keep it there till you get it cooled.. unless you apply foam...
