I always try to get my drummer to listen to Dave Abbruzzese and he awlays says "I can do most of that stuff I just dont have enough crashes and splashes". It gets kinda annoying cause he can only get into drumming when he plays metal. Since I play guitar like pearl Jam and he does stuff like metallica it sounds wierd so we decided to write stuff thats more like soundgarden because its kinda like a cross between the two genres.
