All right retard, first of all I'm pretty sure the ebayer taped the box back up before sending it back, even you aren't stupid enough to send an open box back through the mail. Secondly the battery life on this thing is immense, it can last forever on standby. Or maybe, just maybe he already opened it to check it was working then put it back together again.
