It based on word play, content, presentation, etc. Tupac was often considered the greatest of all time, and is probably my favorite artist, but realistically, there were a lot of other rappers who had a more complex rap style then him. Actually 2pac did record a track called Ambitionz Az A Fighter. If you listen it is similar to Ambitionz Az A Ridah but contains different lyrics. It was wrote as an entrance song for Mike Tyson in 1996 I believe. He also wrote a song called Wrote The Glory too.
