This is TRUE! But so far all we know is that the Hutu governmentsin the past have done nothing for Rwanda and its People.... Whereas Paul Kagame has in a very short time, in spite of enormous odds, built a nation that is the envy of all Africans. And yet even he will never dare say what this HATE RADIO is saying.
