From what I have heard, the Cobra has 1 flaw, which is the fact that one needs to decelerate before cornering, as there is an air pocket between the radiator and the motor, which causes the front to get a little bit light. Decelerate before the bend, then turn in. I have seen guys that place scoops in their bonnest, like GT40 to eliminate that air pocket. She is based on a 50 year old design, and still looks good.

@mission762008 no this is a kit car, if you go to factory five .com they will let u purchase the pre-build and welded chassis and fiberglass body plus anything else they throw in, all you need are the standard tools any self respecting garage should have and if you go for the complete instead of the basic thenn all you need is an engine,transmission,rear end, and wheels (plus a paint job) then u can customize as much as u want, no welding needed! have fun building one!
Oh yeah, anyone want to see how well these cars hold up, Look Up Dave Smith, Owner of Factory Five.. He rolled one during a Racing event, his team took the car apart, Patched it up with duck tape, took it back out the same day and raced it.. Ended up winning that event.. They also left it as it was, duck tape and all, and raced it like that for the next couple of weeks all beat up as it was..

Personally, Their type 65 Coupe is my Favorite, but the Mk 3 Cobras are Wonderful as well.. They Do not come with engine, transmission or wheels if you get the full kit.. Or you can buy a Basic kit and Get an old Fox Body Mustang for completing it.. Look them up online.. By far the best cost wise..
