And seriously guys you should try out the fast mass muscle it is extremely tough and although you may not got 12 plbs of muscles per say you will still see an overall improvement in strength, endurance, and overall physique, it will kick your ass, seriously you'll be thankful that you have a set of lungs. Btw vince I just came across an article in relationship to whey vs HEMP protein. Have you tried hemp? Apparently its more anabolic

@simsohi Actually, some of your clients gained as much as TWENTY POUNDS of FAT FREE mass in 21 days. Natural guys. Please read the info on the link to understand how this is possible and what we qualify as "muscle".
@VinceDelMonte I'm pretty sure the only people who gain that much are people who have never worked out before and are just about experience a growth spurt. Anyone who has been working out for a long time will not be able to gain more than 5lbs a month, regardless of regimen.
@Th3FinishingT0uch It's true, but notice how it says "in 21 days" and it doesn't say "easy". It is fucking intense, it does get results but it's very VERY tough; the workout routines AND also the diet. The 12lbs of muscle are only if you have the discipline and the will.
