Wow, that mansion does have a lot of potential, too bad the price and renovation costs were too high. How long has this house been abandoned, it looks like its in somewhat good condition for the most part.
@CptCool2 No one seemed to know exactly how long the mansion was vacant. By the look of it, I'd say 5+ years. The condition wasn't nearly as good as it appears on the video--for example, it needs to be fully rewired for electric and it has no unified heating system. We did a rough budget for the renovations and it was over $300,000.
