  • I think a main point of this video is that it is pointless to try moves that are outside of your capability. If your quads aren't strong enough for a move, or if you aren't flexible enough to do it, then why try it 50 times crashing each time? This video makes a lot of sense. I notice that elite people are always pushing themselves to do moves that are hard, but that are within their ability. I rarely see elite people crashing while they train. It's probably how they go to that level.

  • haha i cant believe some random IDIOT made this video.. ;-)

Scientists/experts says that myth of learning moves is keep praciticing them. It wouldn't matter wether you were practicing 30min a day the same move or 3 hours a day on different moves.... The only thing is that you should keep praciticng the same move because your body would get used to it and also keep in mind to stretch alot.... this is totally crap .... pz !

  • @breakbdx no ur wrong.. i can do x-outs..

my muscles were pretty tired but i failed to notice bcuz i was too hyped up on doing x-outs over and over after landing it once.. then after a few more tries it crashed.. then i tried again.. crashed.. then i tried a regular backtuck of which i already mastered... crashed.. the nex day.. i cant land a single back tuck.. then i practiced according to this tutorial.. then i regained my tuck... this tutorial is true.. -based from 1st hand experience..

  • @johannsison0 It all depends on your body. You learn from your mistakes, Doing other things doesn't make your moves better. The only way to get them better is to practice them. The more practice the better :)
